Fred was trying to pace the amount of work he did compared to the rest that Sylvie insisted he take. Now was one of his rest periods. Frankly..Fred wasn't sure what he wanted to do. Perhaps something to drink? Figuring this was as good an idea as any, he headed for the kitchen.

Of course, par for the course in this insane asylum.Still, at least it doesn't involve..no, can't think about that. But why not? This place is as grating as home ever was, you know. It certainly is not! I have family here. Someone who cares about me. Oh please, do you really believe that? So absorbed was he in the mental debate in his head that he had forgotten Cait. "I..sorry," he said, trying to maintain a sense of composure as he swallowed the pill.
