Divide and Conquer (Bendy timed back to Sept 12th)
Mikel wasn't dumb enough to strike directly at the Avengers despite having the full force and might of SHIELD at his disposal. They weren't called Earth's Mightiest Heroes for nothing and if he could do this without a direct confrontation, the better his chances were. The best way to take out the Avengers was to divide and conquer one by one and he knew exactly how to do that, starting with the kids.

One by one he would take them out and then use them as leverage against the adults.

He walked into the United Nations headquarters on First Avenue between 42nd and 48th Streets armed with files of information. Information was the best weapon and Mikel had enough to hopefully bring down the Avengers without a single punch thrown. Confident of his plan, he walked through the front door to keep his appointment with the Secretary General.

Anya was enjoying a late lunch in between classes at Legal Seafood on Main in Cambridge when four S.H.I.E.L.D. agents walked in and stopped at her table. She looked up at them and wondered what was going on.

Dad had warned her and the rest of the YA about what has been going on at S.H.I.E.L.D., but she didn't think they'd be stupid enough to actually do something.

"Can I help you?"

Anya considered her options. She could refuse and try to make a run for it, but right now she was armorless and weaponless. For some reason colleges frowned on their students carrying weapons, even if they were only to protect oneself.

The other option, and probably best one, was to go with them. Though with every thing that has been going on with S.H.I.E.L.D. maybe it would be better to make a break for it. Anya wasn't even sure why they were trying to bring her in.

"Can I ask what this is in regards to?"

	Great. Anya knew it had to deal with the Lady Mandarin stuff. She nodded. "Just a moment please." Under the table she was send a text message to her father letting him know what was happening. She stood up once she was done. "I don't even get to finish my lunch. How rude." (Reply to this)(Parent)

Eliza was just leaving the New York public library. She had her book bag with her that held her class work. She had been just looking at some things from the past ten years in the news papers. Something about doing it by hand seemed oh so right.

She was on her way down the front steps to catch a cab when she saw the very obvious agents moving in to flank her on both sides. The part of her that hated the idea of being taken anywhere warred with her logical side that told her just being cooperative would be for the best. She slipped on her sun glasses and waited for them to join her.

	"Yes?" She's not going to smile too sweetly though she's tempted to. Instead she will look the part of a very calm person because it just would do to look upset. 	Eliza frowns lightly. She should ask why instead of just going along. But she can guess why. She can't be trusted by them anymore what with what is going on. Damn it she hates this. 	James sat in his calculus class and watched the clock. There wasn't anything more boring than math and James couldn't wait for this class to be over. It was his last class of the day and he had a game of Halo 2 scheduled against PvP today. James lost to him yesterday, but today he was determined to win. (Reply to this)(Thread)

A SHIELD agent entered the classroom with the principal. Two more entered behind them and flanked the door. The fourth agent waited in the hall.

"Mr. Romanov-Rogers needs to go with these gentlemen," the principal told the teacher. His voice was a little on the harried side; SHIELD did not come to his office everyday and state they were taking a student into protective custody.

	"I didn't do anything," James said as he grabbed his books and tossed them in his backpack. He grabbed his phone and started texting Tony. He wasn't too surprised S.H.I.E..L.D. had shown up for him. Iason has heard the news about the others. They wouldn't come to Avengers' mansion until they had the people outside in hand, and he's well aware of his tenuous position. He also is fairly sure that they can't acknowledge him and not deal with his cousin, but he can't let this kind of news get spread too far or it may well ruin everything. He heads to his cousin's place quickly, landing out back and tapping on her window. He needs to give her some kind of warning before they end up with a scene.

Kalypso was sitting at the kitchen table doing homework. Really. Homework. She still wasn't sure how her mother talked her into going to college. How could it possibly help her?

She was doing the reading assigned for her history class. Doing anything related to history with her mother around was almost impossible. Sersi definitely had a different version of what happened.

"Come in, Iason," she said without looking up from her history book.

"I don't know about you. But the Avengers can't act without any kind of supervision, and SHIELD is just that. If we resist, then we give them legitimate cause and charge. You're not an Avenger, but your mother is, and so am I. And I doubt they're going to just leave you out of it. At the least, they'll want to know where your mother is, and I doubt they'll be willing to believe you don't know and leave it at that. I'm going with them, do what you have to."
