Lunching out (Backdated a bit)
"Manny? Are you free for lunch?" He'd been showing up to HQ more since the whole therapy thing suggested he should. But he still needed to get out of the HQ for some fresh air and he needed someone to come with him if he wanted to eat out. The Sanctum was currently being used for whatever serious business Dr. Strange was dealing with, which meant that he couldn't stay over there. "We can stay in the city I promise! I can't go for lunch by myself..." He hoped the older guy would agree, Manny was nice and Martin figured he'd be good lunch company.

	At the agreement Martin lights up and smiles brightly. "Yes! Let's go! Oh, what did you want to eat?" Luckily Martin had no real intention of dealing with Jack, so if he'd known they wanted him elsewhere during this he wouldn't object much. Except if a fight was to happen. "They're my favourite. You don't need hands for them," he explains.

He then stops and blinks up at Manny in surprise. His blood family was dead, and until about a year ago when he'd joined the Thunderbolts, Martin didn't have any friends either. He had his magic family, which he was very grateful for, but before being on this team he'd been pretty isolated. So to have met someone in that time who'd call him little brother was a big thing to him. Martin beams up at Manny after a moment and asks, "So what's big brother then?"

	"But you said work on impulse control. I thought you meant the burgers..." He pointedly ignores the stares and starts walking to the burger place. He'd found it before. "Hey Manny...can we sit in a corner or something? I don't like people watching me eat," he whispers. He could've done that telepathically but some people found that unnerving.
