First date

1. The date was set up by mutual friends who decided both really needed to get out more.
2. The start of things was very polite, but slow, with a fair amount of awkwardness at being on an actual technical date.
3. When the topic turned to family expectations and responsibilities, they found they had a lot to talk about and opened up.
4. By the end of the evening, Ash had found her voice and a great deal of trust in Jon.
5. While they figured they probably weren't god dating material, both had found a friend.
