Wand: Willow, 11 1/2", Unicorn Hair core. Good for charm-work.Which side in the War: Evelyn has lived through both wars. She's Muggle-born and is clearly against the Death Eaters. She was briefly involved in the first war, but doesn't talk about it. She hasn't gotten involved in the current war. Basic Appearance: Evelyn is getting on in years. She looks like a sweet old grandmother and wears floral-patterned robes. She isn't gaudy, though. Personality Traits: Evelyn is in fact a sweet old grandmother. She's usually pleasant, likes to make small talk, always has candy for everyone, loves children, and is passionate about her job. Don't get her upset. You wouldn't want to see her upset. Sexual Preference: Evelyn is the widow of Abram Clearwater, a Ravenclaw and a former Deputy Head of the Magical Law Enforcement Squad. They had several children who have given them many grandchildren, one of which is the Ravenclaw Penelope Clearwater. Occupation and Performance at Occupation: Evelyn has been an Obliviator since before the first war. She is very good at what she does. She has turned down several promotions to the position of Deputy Head, wishing instead to stay in the field. She specializes in child and traumatic memory modification and is regularly asked to train new Obliviators. Brief History: Evelyn was born on April 21, 1932, and began school in 1943. She is currently 68 years old. Born to Muggle parents, it took her several years to fully integrate into Wizarding society. In school she excelled at Charms and Muggle-studies, and she did well in Transfiguration and Herbology. She was a prefect. After Hogwarts she began working for the Ministry. Though she had known Abram Clearwater from school, he was several years older than her and a Ravenclaw. They met again when one of his cases from the Magical Law Enforcement Squad required assistance from the Obliviator Squad to handle the effected Muggles. They dated for several years before marrying. During the first war, Abram was in charge of a special Ministry team responsible for investigating Death Eater infiltrations of the Ministry. Evelyn worked closely with the team, covering its tracks. Since Abram's death, Evelyn has split her time between the two things she loves most: her family and her job. Goals: Evelyn has accomplished her life goals. Today she lives to build a competent, passionate corps of Obliviators. Anything especially unique: Evelyn is an accomplished Legilimens, which she uses to her advantage at work, and has some skill in Occlumency. Anything else you would like to tell us: Not at this time.
