I'm feeling a little bit gay right now. Am I the only one? I think it's the weather... such a lovely day, isn't it?

Speaking of... Sam, do you still need help with your Transfiguration homework? I've just finished doing some reading and got naught to do right now, so I wouldn't mind helping. Chilly weather makes me generous, you know. Doesn't last long, though, so you should take advantage.

And how amazing is it that Professor Babbling has a friend offering an apprenticeship on Curse Breaking, in Rome? I overheard her talking to some students after class was over and well, I didn't hesitate to show my interest, if only for the experience; I've never been to Rome! Except for that one time when I was like 3, but that hardly counts. Besides, Rome would be the perfect place to get started on that book I want to write, don't you think?

Now hold on I'm not out to drive a knife into your back, I'm just saying that yes Rome is a perfect place to start your book I'm just wondering why you're thinking of the apprenticeship , you could just come with me in the summer. Unless you're interested in cursebreaking...which then I think it's a fanastic idea all around.

Love, I look out only for you!

But of course I'm interested! You know better than anyone else that I wouldn't waste my time on something I have no interest in. Just because I didn't prattle on about how amazing curse breaking is, doesn't mean I could care less about it.

And I shouldn't have to explain myself to anyone

I know, love.

No you're right I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said that I was just taken by surprise, I guess I read it as you taking advantage of the internship without caring about it. That's stupid and I'm a prat. No one should have second guessed you, these bloody journals are only giving more to the gossip fire. They're all hungry for it.

Don't apologise. I was... lying

No, I'm sorry for snapping at you. Summerby just put me in a really bad mood and I shouldn't have taken it out on you.

I was lying, by the way. Sort of. I couldn't bloody well care less about the apprenticeship or Rome or whatever; I just wanted to rile Finch-Fletchley up a little bit. Well, that was before the bastard went and called me a slag, of course. Now I might as well give him a run for his money.

But really, I'm sorry. I should have told you, instead of... well, you know.

We're both idiots, apologizing like we're in first year. No need love. Garrick Summerby, just doesn't seem to know when to shutup.

Are you sure you were lying? You seem ver interested even before--he did what?!

He doesn't! It gets on my nerves.

Yes. I mean, it's very interesting and everything, but not my cup of tea. And he did, the bloody prick. I don't know who he thinks he is, disrespecting me like that. But then again, I don't really expect any better from him.

Mine too, and he never seems discouraged which is the...discouraging thing about it.

Well if you're sur, it would be a fantastic opportunity, you ight even find you like it.

Prat, and to think I was so nice to him. He's obviously defensive abotu the positions and finds you a threat. rightly so.

Merlin, I know. He just keeps going on and on as if I actually cared whatever he's saying.

I know. And now I hope I do, because there's no way I'm letting Justin get this now.

Indeed. He obviously feels threatened and that only makes me feel better about the whole thing.
