"Don't make that face, I'll send Gael with you." Which would be an utter disaster, but she didn't need to know that. For now he could get away with some free teasing, and there was no reason not to indulge.

Her lips curled into a little grin. "You made him promise to be nicer to me?" She nuzzled into him happily. "You're the best."

And of course, by 'the best' she meant 'definitely up to something evil'.

Honestly it was more so Leon wouldn't have to listen to it anymore, but if she wanted to think it was for her? He certainly wouldn't stop her.
