Before Abernathy could reply Bernadine grabbed Sunny's hands and squeezed them lightly. "He's going to break your heart," Bernadine said in a low, quiet tone. "But he's worth the trouble."

Abernathy frowned at her sister. "Could you get any weirder, B?"

Bernadine shrugged and let go of Sunny's hands. "Could you get any ruder, A?" She turned a flashing smile to Sunny as if she hadn't just read her fortune. "I'm not supposed to tell anyone how our break's been."

Abernathy rolled her eyes to violently they threatened to pop right out of her head. "It's been great," she said elbowing her sister. "How's your break been?"

Sunny looked at Bernadine oddly, trying to decide if she was telling her fortune or fucking with her. She didn't seem mean spirited so she smiled and nodded. "I think he's worth the trouble," Sunny agreed simply.

Sunny laughed and looked between the twins. "Uh... well break has been pretty good," she lied... only partially. She had had some fun with Stasi, except for the parts where she was crying her face off and trying not to kill someone. "Stasi visited for a while, and so did the whole family," she said. "It was pretty packed at Casa Garcia."

For a moment it looked like Bernadine was about to say something else oddly spot on, but she shook it away and shrugged. "It was nice having the whole family together, but our dad doesn't really know how to deal with our aunt."

Abernathy nodded. "It's kind of funny watching them jockey around a room like they can't even stand next to each other."
