Re: Vinnie/Lisette

Lisette's eyebrows lifted at the use of the word bella and she smirked slightly. She was used to it, a lot of the customers in the French Quarter liked to think they were original by calling her that. "I was just looking for some lemonade or juice or something. No alcohol, no soda."

She licked her teeth and then glanced back up at him with her nearly black eyes. She wasn't a real chatty and she glanced away again, fiddling with her bangles.

Vinnie/Lisette

"I think there's Orange Juice over here, mia bellezza. Add some cranberry and seltzer to that, with a twist of lime? Or just straight up OJ?"

Vinnie thought this girl was certainly intriguing. "I'm Vinnie, by the way. Vincenzo Ciccarelli, Beauregard house. I think I've seen you around, but I don't think I know your name yet..." He didn't offer to shake her hand or anything, instead turning around and offering her a smile as he waited for her drink order.

Re: Vinnie/Lisette

"Cranberry, twist of lime, but no seltzer, thanks." She managed a tight smile. It wasn't that she didn't like boys, it was just that she didn't trust them. Which was why, when he made her drink, she watched him like a hawk.

"I'm Lisette. I think we probably have some classes together. Mmmm, Charms and Latin." She nodded when she came up with the answer. She was sure those were the two. She did well in Charms, but Latin wasn't her favorite. Lisette noticed everything and filed it away for future reference; for times like these when she needed to come up with why she looked familiar to him and he to her. "I'm in Lalaurie."

Vinnie/Lisette

"As you wish, dollface." He made the drink for her, turning with a smile as he added the lime to it. There were no other additions to her drink, except a little ice. Vinnie wasn't that kind of guy.

"Of course! I won't forget from now on. Lisette, it is an honor to make your aquaintance. Again, probably. Well, here is your drink, I hope ya like it," he handed her the cup with another grin. "Lalaurie, huh? Well, you've gotta be real driven to be in that house. Good quality to have."

Re: Vinnie/Lisette

She accepted the drink graciously and nodded her head to him. She dragged the fingers of her free hand through her disheveled black hair she said, "Thank you."

She gave him a partial smile as he joked about meeting her for probably the second time. Truth be told, she couldn't remember if they'd ever been formally introduced or not. "I guess." She shrugged lightly and then tilted her head to look at him. "I can see why you're in Beau."

Vinnie/Lisette

"Does it show?" Vinnie was amused. He knew that he was rather good Beauregard material, and there was nothing wrong with the house. "I try to keep dat on the down low, ya know, but it just seems to come out a lot. What can you do, eh?"

He finished pouring his own drink as he spoke, turning once he was finished to face Lisette with a smile. "Enjoying the party so far? Sam has this place hooked up."

Vinnie/Lisette

She smiled again, "A little." Vinnie was nice. She was beginning to like him and that scared the bejeezus out of her. She took a deep breath and then took a sip of her juice concoction. It was good, and served to distract her from the young man in front of her.

"I only came to lose someone in the crowd, but it has been nice. I'm not much of a partyer." She confessed with a shrug of her shoulders. "But yes, Sam does have the place hooked up." The music was loud, there was enough alcohol to waste the entire school and most people seemed to be having a good time more or less.

She looked back up at him and took another sip of her drink. "Have you made resolutions yet?"
