The Ice Princess, the Knight and the Ice Dragon (bendytimed to Christmas Eve)
Cait slipped her hand in Ty's as they exited the building where they lived. The San Francisco night air was cool and a blanket of fog had settled over the city. The streets were mostly empty despite the early hour. People were home with their friends and loved one as was typical on Christmas Eve.

Tonight was set aside for time with Ty. Tomorrow there would be time to spend with her family (not looking forward to Arthur and Ty being in close quarters) and the Titans. Tonight it was the time for a Christmas tradition. The Ice Princess had to be save from the Ice Dragon by her dashing Knight.

"I'm glad we get to do this," Cait said. Being dead last year made it a little difficult to do last year. Cait couldn't express in words how glad she was that they could do this and what it meant to her.

	Cait called in the order, ordering what he wanted, what she wanted and a bit extra for tomorrow just in case they ended up home for dinner. She gave him a kiss and left to go get the food. Twenty minutes later she was back home and dishing the food out onto plates. She carried them to the couch and handed Ty's to him. "Here you go, my love," she said. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	He knows about her and The Little Mermaid, so he skipped that and went straight for action. He digs into his food hungrily, working on freeing space for cuddling instead of eating. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Cait ate almost all of her food and the placed the plate on the coffee table. Once Ty was finished she snuggled up next to him and wrapped her arms around him. A deep content sigh escaped her. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Cait laid her head against his chest and listed to the beating of his heart. Right now she was in heaven. Nothing on Earth or under the ocean was better than this. The best part was that she had a whole lifetime of nights like this to look forward to. She lifted her head and kissed him. "I love you." (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Cait put her head back on his chest and listened to the sound of his heart while she watched the movie. As hard as she tried she could not help but to think about how happy she was and how she and Ty would have a life together. Other thoughts crept into her mind and she tried not to give them life.

Ash would be the first to find out about the engagement and then her parents. Then Ty's mom tomorrow evening when they went to her house for dinner. Tomorrow should prove to be an interesting day. If she would Cait would postpone telling her parents to avoid ruing Christmas, but some things couldn't be helped.

She chased all thoughts of telling anyone out of her head. She didn't want to ruin this evening.

Cait focused on the movie and before she knew it it was over.

	By the time the movie is over, the dishes have been cleaned up and things put away telekinestically, so she doesn't need to worry about any of the mundane chores. Ty is sure she has enough on her mind, even without delving deeper than their usual surface link. He picked a long movie intentionally, but its still somehow over too soon. 	Cait led him into their bedroom. "I'm going to step into the shower for a moment," she told him. Her skin was starting to feel a little too tight and she needed some water.
