"Anybody home?" Petra sashays into the room, carrying several bags of takeout. "Hey Liz, Cian, and... I don't think we've met. Does this belong to you?" She points from the new guy to Lizzy, before setting the food down and spotting Tris. "Awww... who's the prettiest bird in the world? Are you the team pet now? Yes you are." She grins, smooching at the parrot and calling it to her. She'd gotten on well with Din's pet and dad, so all that was left at the back of her mind was passing the eventual Mom test. Suddenly, as if to break the tension, a pinky-sized screwdriver tumbles down from on high. Or maybe just from the grate covering the opening to a ventilation shaft far too small for a human. "...Well, that's both good and bad," observes a voice from beyond the grate. The parrot, who had fluttered over to supervise the food, peers up at the vent and chirrups 'hello' like it's a question. "Hello to you too," and the voice follows up with something in another language that sounds like a command. The bird immediately goes for the screwdriver -- hopefully, if anyone's picked it up, they don't mind her getting up close and personal! (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
