The World According to Pippi
It had been a long fight with the Cadre, but in the end the Justice League International had won. The Cadre members were in jail and life went on. Dex grabbed a beer and kicked back on the couch in front of the tv.

Petra frowns and checks her phone, and her JLI communicator. "No... no word from anyone else. At the very least Daddy would be texting me to make sure I came through okay." She shrugs. "It's his way."
