Founders Day Parade and Celebration
The Founders Day Parade and Celebration was one of the biggest celebrations in Gotham. It was a day where the citizens of Gotham came out and showed their pride in their city. The festivities started in the morning at City Hall with a speech from the mayor and continued throughout the day. The largest parade of the year was held in the afternoon and fireworks lit up the sky in the evening. Merchants and restuarants set up kiosks on the sidewalks and the citizens shopped and ate as they watched the day's activities.

The day would also celebrate the victory of Anthony Sullivan in the mayoral race and it would be his first speech as mayor. The speech he gave was short, but had the citizens cheering by the end. The sun climbed into the sky and the parade started. Floats, marching bands and various other groups marched in the parade as it made its way through the streets of Gotham.

Well this was just a bit awkward. The silence was deafening and the tension levels rose in response. Maria glanced over at him.

She wasn't surprised that she had gotten involved with the wrong guy. It was a pattern with her and the reason why she usually didn't see men past the first time. There wasn't time for her to find out they were the wrong guy.

This. This was just...complicated wasn't a strong enough word for it. She needed a few drinks, or more, to start wrapping her head around this.

"Would it be possible to be dropped off near my apartment?" If it were just him she'd ask to be dropped off at Wayne Manor, but with someone else in the car that wasn't an option. He knew her identity, she didn't need anyone else knowing.

	Iota'd zipped into the back seat once she'd made sure that jerk was still doing okay. She looked at Tomas and tried not to fidget, ahving spent some intervening time pacing inhumanly quickly. 	Huntress was quiet in the front seat. There weren't too many places where her body didn't hurt. She tried to remain as still as possible. Her brain was still trying to wrap itself around the fact that Tomas was /Him/. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
