Dinner with Ty's Mom
Don't be nervous Cait told Ty (and herself) and reassuringly squeezed his hand as they entered the restaurant. Cait was a little nervous, but she had to push it back and be Ty's anchor. She reminded herself it wasn't as bad as court functions in Atlantis. Those were horrible and unbearable. She knew Ty's mom wasn't horrible and time with her wouldn't be unbearable.

It could always be worse, she told herself.

She put on a smile and walked in with Ty.

	"I suppose we do. Well, she works at the aquarium, and still finds time to help maintain the bay and take care of the dolphins. The area has been making a really good recovery... and the pink dolphin in the bay is definitely helping. Lots of people take the tours out to watch the dolphins from a distance." 	Cait blushed a little. "The Titans have been busy. We had that mess with Chthulu, the Raiderettes and recently the Kraken. There was also the Atlantis stuff." 	He blinks a couple times. That was unexpected. "Uhm, not sure if that's a good idea. Cait and I... have a telepathic link. As long as its up, it helps even out my powers some, but they're not really under any better control, exactly. But... I'd like to come back home, show Cait... just for a little bit." "I /know/ you can handle a visit, Ty, and of course I would go with you. Visiting your mother and seeing your home is important."

Cait pushed the thoughts of Atlantis into the back of her mind. She didn't need to think of it now.

"It doesn't have to be right away. We can work up to it. You are getting better with your powers and when you feel like you're ready, we can pay your mom a visit there."
