So Nina and I are back in Australia after trip of win. :D But I'm going to say it's.. mini-hiatus time until my brain is back with me. XD I know I have a few threads to respond to and one to start.. as well as some fun things planned. But it might take me a week or so to get back into the swing of things (and, yeah, do some mindless WoWing. c.c Or get myself a new computer, as both my laptop and netbook seem a little cranky right now. XD) So I will continue to be a little quiet for a bit, but not too long!

Argh. I have failbrain. I have a few tags, and really, they're not that difficult.. but I seem to have dropped the ball. I don't see myself picking it up by the end of the week. I have a music festival to go to on Saturday, so I'm gunning for Sunday for getting things done.

I'm sorry, I know some are almost done, and the other should really be moving along. But I can't concentrate on them right now, alas. So maybe check on them again on the weekend.

For a lot of us it's midterm season.

I will be here, but in and out for the next two weeks. I have a lot of tests and work to do so you might not see me around much. At the same time, rp is very relaxing for me, so when I'm feeling super stressed I'll bang out a few threads to let some of that tension out. So I might be super busy one night and then completely silent the next. My spring break is the 16th-20th, in which time I expect to get more rping done and be back to my usual posting self. That's the state of affairs where I'm at.

I plan on posting a check in at some point soon (we have a lot of incomplete threads still, so I'd like to see a few of them get finished before I post a check in). And maybe we can have a plotchat, considering we have an influx of new characters and ideas to play with, but probably not until I'm on break.

Sorry I've been quiet this week. It's been a bit of a weird, sad week for me. I'm likely to remain a little quiet - hopefully not too long. I might try and work on the couple of responses that I have to do this weekend, but we'll see.

So Ai never got a chance to post here, but she's away this week with limited to no internet. Unfortunately, we never got a chance to discuss what our characters would be doing during the holidays, so I'll be holding off on playing Chai and Jesse until she comes back. Which sucks a little because I'm really trying to do something with them. Seamus probably isn't in Aylasia for the holidays, so he wouldn't be around anyway. Isabella's free as usual, and I might try making an open post with her in case someone feels like running into her down Silk Road?

Ai will be back the 28th. I'd love to have Chai and Evie join the Cadogan Lake Snow Day thread with Hiram then, but I dunno if Ai'd had any other plans, and I don't want to just join in and assume. So I'll just wait till she can play again. But who wouldn't want to see the king and consort playing with a little boy who looks like this?

I want to just let everyone know/make it official that I won't be playing at all until Saturday or Sunday. I have to finish up a bunch of schoolwork before I leave on Friday/pack all of my shit/get situated when I am home. BUT once I get all of that out of the way I will be going NUTS with RP to make up for it. =D

If there is anything you want to work on with any of my characters/want to starting doing something when I get back just leave a comment here and I'm sure I will be more than anxious to do it when I am back.

So far as I know only Becky and I are participating in nano. I'm not sure what that means for Becky, but what it means for me is that I have a new priority list.

1. School 2. Nano 3. Sleep 4. RP

We get pushed down the list a little (though you guys know that sleep and rp get switched around a lot; why is sleep my last priority all the time?). I won't be on hiatus but chances are I won't be real active either. If you have story that needs to get out and depends on one of my characters I will do all that I can to help out, but I won't be seeking a lot of new threads until I finish a bunch of the old ones (and there's a bunch of old ones).

Just a heads-up. Nano has never interfered with my modly-duties, but we're fairly self-sustained at this point anyway.

Becky posted something similar in Pentamerone. We (as in Becky, Joey, and I) are heading out from Saturday to Tuesday for a camping trip to Old Forge. We will be incommunicado during that time (unless Joey cheats and uses his iPhone).

Any new applications (not as if we've had any in all this time) will have to wait until Tuesday when I get back. Playing should carry on as usual. I know we've been quiet lately but a lot has been going on in real life for a lot of our players.

That being said I'll try to do some actual playing before Saturday comes.

Ai had shoulder surgery and is doped up on percoset, so she's not exactly up to RPing. I've been playing nursemaid since she only has one working arm, and as fate would have it, I'm either suffering from severe allergies or I'm sick. So I'm doped up on cold/allergy meds, and not much for RPing either. I'll try to plug out some replies this weekend - I'm not sure about Ai just yet.

Just so everyone knows, I'm going with my mom to get my sister from the airport. We'll be gone pretty much most of the day. If I owe you tags I'll make sure to get them back to you late tonight or sometime tomorrow, but I'll probably be slow or spotty with replies for the rest of the weekend (since squeal and giggle, I'll be catching up with my sister who's been gone for 5, almost 6 months).
