	Eliza felt good. A nice day of training followed by a hot shower and a meal was just what the doctor ordered, if she had one here that is. She was going to go back into her freshly refurbished uniform to do a test run somewhere in the city latter on today, right now she was refitting a grip on one of her sticks. (Reply to this)(Thread)

	Sammy jogged on the overhead running track above the gym, concentrating on her most recent training directive from Cap. Any observer would see her appear and disappear around the track as she counted sixty seconds normal time, five seconds frozen time while she jogged.
