It was just another normal day at the Avengers' Mansion. Or was it?

	Eliza felt good. A nice day of training followed by a hot shower and a meal was just what the doctor ordered, if she had one here that is. She was going to go back into her freshly refurbished uniform to do a test run somewhere in the city latter on today, right now she was refitting a grip on one of her sticks. (Reply to this)(Thread)

	"Sure. Just follow me to one of the training rooms," Eliza says while picks up both sticks. They hand from each hand loosely since she doesn't want to look tense seeing as she just isn't. 	Eliza leads the way to one of the training rooms. The one she had been in before in fact. She started to go through a very basic routine to show how one would attack or defend with the sticks. Svalin can feel free to poke holes in the routine if she wishes. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Sometime later, Svalin was sweating from the exertion and was mildly surprised. The mortal had kept up rather well and had been quite proficient with her weapon.
