You're Tied Together With a Smile But You're Coming Undone (open)
Cait sat on the shore of the lake and looked out across the water. The temperature reached seventy and the sun was bright. Light danced on the water. Normally Cait would be out on the water, but today she was content to sit on a rock on the shore. Plus she was still adjusting to the change in her powers. She still had hydrokinesis, but it wasn't as strong as it had been. She still had the ability to turn into water. It was weird and she had only tried using it once since she returned to Xavier's.

She knew the other students didn't blame her for what she had done as Famine, but it didn't mean she felt any less guilty about it. She had destroyed numerous crops and villages around the world. People would go without food and some without homes because of her.

Tomorrow she'd go home to Nova Roma with her parents. Some time away and some TLC from Mom and Dad would go a long way. She wasn't sure what Corey was going to do, but she hoped he would go home too. Driving him crazy would make things seem more normal. Though she wasn't sure how normal things would be able to get, especially with her blue hair. She had Jenny try to change it back, but it didn't work.

Cait picked up a stone and skipped it out across the water.

“Ok,” Aaron said laughing. He then put his hands together like holding an invisible volleyball and electricity started flowing out of his hands. He mentally started making the energy spiral in between his hand which happened so fast that it was next to impossible to see. While it might appear like it was easy for Aaron to do it does test his control to create and stabilize so it didn’t explode. Soon a ball of glowing energy appeared in between his hands and he held it out in front of him with one hand.

“Thanks, this is the real trick though,” Aaron says before he tosses the ball across the lake. Once he created the ball it was not too hard to maintain and didn’t require any energy to maintain. However controlling it and moving it through the air was a lot harder which was what he was doing now as the basketball size orb floated lazily over the water, that combined with the surprise he had made this a really challenge for him. By playing with the intensity of the energy he was making it slowly change colors as it, sure he was showing off and wasn’t sure how long he could keep it up but he was having a lot of fun.

	Knowing that he can’t keep this up much longer he pull it back toward himself to absorb it so he doesn’t risk it hurting anyone. Panting slightly he turn towards Cait and says, “Thanks, that’s about the limit for my control though.” (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	“Yeah all the teaching of internal control really helped out a lot with that, though it’s probably the reason why I’m not so good with external control,” Aaron said beaming after the kiss. “Plus it met I got a room to myself, though I think the danger room, cerebro, some of the other smart tech still holds a grudge.” (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Cait had to concentrate really hard. Since the Poccy stuff, her powers weren't what they used to be. What she did with ease before, he had to focus on now.

Water came from from the lake and was in a glob about the same size as him. Slowly it began to take shape. After while it was a liquid image of Aaron. Then it solidified into clear ice.

Cait was sweating by the time she was done.

	When Cait starts leaning on him he puts an arm around her holding her. “Well I’m sure there’s some behind maybe it’s one of those give and take things like your hand and your hair, or maybe it’s something mental that the professor could help you with,” he says trying to say something that might help her.
