	Eli sensed the figures in the shadows, though he had trouble getting a bead on their thoughts. "I have not encountered beings like these before. I can sense them, but their minds are alien. 	“There are a lot of them,” Ryan said even with his observancy he was having trouble locating whatever was stalking them from the shadows but could tell there was a lot more than there seemed to be.
