Dark Reflections: Battle In New York
Morning came to New York and with it a brisk wind making it seem colder than it was. The weak winter sun did little to warm things up and a layer of frost covered cars and other objects left out in the cold winter air over night. The city that never slept was becoming more alive with activity as her residents started their daily routines.

High above the city the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier flew, keeping an eye on the city below.

It seemed like any other winter's morning in New York, but today would prove to be far from ordinary.

Sarah is, in a word, stunned. She thought, for sure Svalin would be worthy. Then she thinks back to Balder - and just how rare the ability to lift Mjolnir is.

She wants to give Svalin some word of reassurance, she can see how much this must be twisting Svalin up inside - right now, there's no time, and no words.

She straps her shield over her back, steps forward, and lifts the hammer, one in each hand now, feeling the power of being one of the chosen few.

"I'll honor your father for both of us. Go kick their ass." she manages, as she heads back through the hole. Time to go out for round 2.

	Svalin went to the Sarah shaped hole in the side of the Helicarrier and whistled for Tryggvi. She waited for a moment and then jumped. About half way down to the ground she landed on her mount. She drew her sword and steered the horse toward the ground. (Reply to this)(Parent)
