Chaos and the science of a broken motorcycle. (Lysi)
It had been entirely an impulse purchase, but it was the exact same bike she'd had back home. The damn serial number had even been the same and maybe that is what had sent MC over the edge. It didn't matter that it needed work; it was hers.

Except...while she could get the bike running, the baby blue 1979 Harley Davidson Sportster had some structural issues. Namely...it wouldn't drive straight and MC wasn't entirely certain how to fix that and she didn't have a whole lot of resources that took a petite redhead seriously. Not here. There was only one person she could think of.

Half an hour later, she'd tracked down Lysi and pulled up (or rather skidded dangerously up) to her curb.

"Sounds great."

MC smiles at Lysi, then climbs on her bike. For the machine to be significantly larger than she is, MC is very adept at interacting with it, as though it were a natural extension of herself. She gets it started and then pulls out, slowly, holding firmly to it as she leads the way towards home.

The bike seems to want to cause trouble a few separate times, but she manages to coax her to a stop safely once they arrive.

Following along behind made for a nice view... in contrast to her attitude while driving. She yells at other drivers, and would probably be a lot more aggressive on the road were it not for the fact she's just keeping pace.

She pulls up to a stop at the curb. "Alright, let's see this workshop and get your bike up." she replies, walking over, once MC is off her bike, and lifting it up on her shoulders. Just easier than wheeling it.

	MC's jaw drops when Lysi just picks up the bike like it's nothing. "...ohmygod. Okay. Workshop. Right. This way!" She walks her out to the garage area towards the back of the building, using her voice to command the doors to open...even as she keeps half-staring at Lysi. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Super strength comes with the birthrights, along with the weaponry. She follows where indicated, carrying the bike, other than wheeling it through doorways. "Ok, what kind of spare parts do you have? This thing has seen better days... easy enough to fix, and like you said, engine sounds great, but structural could be fucked up." "Everything I've got is over here," she says and shows Lysi a very well-organized space with bins and shelves all neatly labeled. She's accumulated spare parts for almost any aspect of the bike one can imagine. She even has tools, nice ones. Pink.

"I can play with engines all day long. Making things awesome is my specialty but...yeah, the rest of it not so much. I'm better on paper."

Huh, not her usual color or style... but it'll work. She gathers a few tools, checks the bolt size on the bike, goes back and switches up, then returns, starting to disassemble the body.

"Nothing wrong with that. Always a use for a wires & buttons girl to keep skycycles running. I do mostly body work." she replies, as she starts in, stripping it down to frame and engine.

Lysi settles in by the bike, starting out with hammering out dents and any obvious warps in the body that will stand up to the hammer.

"Well, I really just kind of ended up with my bike... if you could soup the engine up some... Harleys are mostly road bikes, doesn't need to be super fast, but.. faster than it is, anyway. And a general tune up." she responds, as she works.

She pauses entirely, glancing up at the offer. "Yeah, a drink would be great. What'cha got?"

	She takes it, quickly downing a gulp - not the experimental sip type, apparently. "Hey, that's pretty good... and, yeah. I tend to get comfortable in my rut. Lysi starts working on securing some of the bolts, once she has the obvious dents hammered out. Pity the mechanic who ever has to try and undo what Lysi has tightened down.

"Good for now, but soon, probably. I drink like a fish." Booze or no, apparently. "And, you know, cute... pretty little things... long hair, nice figure, cute butt, heels and make up." Sadly, she'd never win the bet with barmaids and waitresses.
