In the Deep of the Night
Night had settled over the city of Los Angeles. A waning gibbous mood had risen and the light of the stars was blocked out by the thick smog that usually blanketed the city. The hours moved on and the city slowed down. Citizens were asleep in their beds and off to dreamland.

The same held true for the residents at 1800 Palos Verdes Drive.

They wouldn't stay asleep for long. Something stirred in the darkness outside.

	Once dressed, Marlow sent herself outside to at the front of the main house while two illusions walked the grounds. She called up a protection bubble while she readied a blasting spell. 	Halbjorn wakes slowly, sleeping off a night of drinking, and some time with... what were those groupies' names? He doesn't remember. Still, alarms are important... and it might mean a fight. He grabs the bloodaxe, and its inherent aggression helps awaken the bear. (Reply to this)(Parent)
