Wedding March to a War Drum
Alfveror arrived on Migard just outside the main building of the Defenders' Compound. He was inside the fence and the unexpected arrival tripped the alarms. A loud warning signal filled the air and was deafening to heightened senses.

He stood still and waited.

	Kael was still getting used to mortal mechanical devices, but he knew the purpose of the alarm well enough. He calmly moved from his spot in the living room, grabbing his sword on the way out until he saw the figure outside. "Alfveror?" (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

It always seemed like she was the last to arrive, but she finally joined the others on the lawn, her pace slowing considerably when she recognized the stranger. Attempting to fix a more pleasent expression on her face and stepped past her friends to her fiance, "I know him well, my lady...he is who he says he is."

She hesitated a moment before him, incredibly concious of her friends near by. "Greetings..is all well? You were not expected.."

Marlow was in agreement with Aslief on this one. The other fangirls were more entertaining than Iona. She should've tried out her weight perception spell on her before the Asgardian had to leave to get married.

Oh well, there'd be lots more fangirls to try it out on. She disappeared to leave them to their Asgardian wrangling, but she'd remain watchful for trouble. Trouble was a lot more fun.

Halbjorn shifts a little closer to Iona. "Thine wishes art not material to a wedding. She hast as much say as thee until thine mothers set a date. Hast something happened to change things?" he asks, looking down atthe elf-blood. He's far from saying no, obviously, but he's not going to let Iona's fiance, who she has admitted having 'a bad feeling about' bully his friend.
