On The Hunt (Open to Nick)
New Orleans. Not one of Greg's favorite cities. It was usually too warm, too humid and the smells were almost overwhelming. If he could have avoided it he would have, but his prey had come to this cesspool and Greg had no choice but to follow.

A vampire had left a trail of corpses in Seattle and Greg had gotten close. The vampire fled and Greg had tracked him to New Orleans following the corpses the vampire left in his wake.

Greg stood outside the club he had seen the vampire enter earlier and waited for him to come back out.

Unknown to Greg, someone watched him and had set a trap for Greg to walk into.

	The demon's forced to close it's mouth as the chain wrapped around its neck. Technically it didn't need to breathe, but it was still painful as it tried to loosen the chain's grip. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	There's a moment of unholy anger as his foe escapes - but that's not who the Rider is here for. With a glance towards the werewolf, trying to assess the darkness in the creature's soul, the Rider lets it recover, and starts towards its original target. The vampire is still in there somewhere. 	The good thing about being a werewolf was that regeneration came along with the claws, fur and big teeth. Greg could feel his body starting to heal, but he knew it would take some time. However, he wasn't going to let Ghost Rider get the bloodsucker he had tracked all the way from Seattle. Greg went to the edge of the roof and jumped to the ground. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	There isn't room for the bike, or shouldn't be. Doesn't really matter, the Rider crashes and/or burns through anything in the way, locked on to his target and coming fast. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Marcel had thought he had lost the werewolf when he didn't come into the club after Marcel. The mad had chased him from Seattle and Marcel wasn't quite ready to face him yet. Oh yes, he wanted the dog dead, but he wanted that to be when he was ready. Not on the dog's terms.

Then the werewolf came storming in followed by Ghost Rider crashing through the door. This was not good. He started to run for the backdoor.

	The Rider needs no such thing as scent. The vampire has the greatest evils weighing on him, and that sense drives Nick towards him. The bystanders... well, had best get out of the way, because the demon bike isn't slowing down any. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The Rider shifts course as the vampire heads for the rooftops, racing up the nearest wall and cutting across rooftops. The straight line is always fastest - and at least means he's not risking so many civilians in his single minded pursuit. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Greg was tiring. Between the fight with the demons and now the energy he was expending to heal all the burnt flesh he was quickly losing steam. He entered the alley from the club and looked up at the rooftop.

He growled and slowly shifted back to human form. For now the Rider could chase the vampire. Greg would get him another day if the Rider didn't get him today.

	The Rider sees the leap, assisted by the vampire's supernatural strength. The bike howls as he kicks it into a higher gear, trying to leap the gap and keep following. If he makes it, he thinks he may be able to try and corner his prey. If not, he may well escape... for now. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The Rider launches a blast of hellfire into the mist. He's well aware it won't kill the vampire, but dissipating a bit of it further may make reforming take longer. For now, his quarry has escaped. But only for now. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
