As they're arriving, Buck puts the dossiers away, looking to the team.

"Ok, so we have a hostage situation. We can't just hit the place, or we risk them putting guns on the hostages and making things worse for us. Alice and Nikki, you're with me. We're going to infiltrate the place. We're going to go radio silence, so no coms in or out. Nikki is coming to set bombs to give us some cover on the way out, Alice... I've done some infiltration ops with, so we know how the other works. Sammy, you've got lead of team 2. All calls at your discretion. Give us eight minutes to get past security and get in deep, then hit the front door with everything and give us a distraction - Alice and I will secure the hostages. We're relying on team 2 to pave us a road for the way out - then we're going to blow the whole thing when we're out the door."

	Jack understands the reasoning enough that he doesn't remark on the how bizarre Coulson's being on infiltration is in terms of her style, skillset, and intentions. Buck's logic is sound enough.
