Attack on Earth! (Avengers)
A small scouting party of five resurrected Kree came to Earth. They had come for one reason. To kill as many living beings as they could and swell their numbers. They descended upon New York City.

	At least most of the panicked civilians had fled in directions away from the landing craft. "Yeah, they're not getting distracted," he says of the Kree. 	Phil had already reached out to grab some with a construct claw, so he figured he was ahead of the curve on the taking things directly to them. Upon grabbing one the construct claw turned into a serpent, coiling around its victim before the head shot down to sink fangs into the target. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The construct bit into a kree and it didn't seem to have any effect. Nicolai's bullets slammed into the bodies of the Kree and the Kree didn't slow. The Kree struggled to break free of the telekinetic barrier that the Eternal erected. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Buck tosses an explosive diamond into their midst, seeing how they deal with a little heavier firepower. A smoke grenade follows. "Possibly some kind of Kree super soldiers, but none I recognize. 	"High energy coming up," Kal said. She kept the barrier up while she charged up. Her eyes glowed brightly and her hands started to glow. A blinding flash of energy shot from her hands and eyes. 	The Avengers' attacks damaged the Kree and made them pause. Some were burned badly from the incendiaries and chunks were missing from them from the explosives. The kree started regenerating as soon as the things causing them damage stopped. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	"Agreed." Buck concedes. "Burn them down - destroy any advanced equipment they've got, and be prepared to move in as they regenerate to try and take them hostage. 	Phil considers, what's more fun: destroying equipment or containment? Silly question. Destruction of course. So constructs will shoot from his hands, aiming at any of the weapons the Kree had, and either crushing them right there or tossing them on top of the crashed ship. 	The Kree were incinerated by Kal's blasts, but the regeneration started almost immediately. Their weapons were destroyed by the constructs. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

With their weapons disintegrated, Buck starts preparing their limited containment on the Quinjet after heading back to it.

"Do what you can to restrain them while they're in the skeletal phases of that regeneration... keep blowing them up if needed. They seem to come back from anything. We need to study this. If they were illusionary or something, Kal would likely have picked it up."

Phil had moved to the Kree ship, where he'd torn a giant hole in the ship, where he guessed the engine might be. In truth he had no idea where the engine was, but destroying the Kree's ride out, maybe communication systems in the process, didn't seem like a bad idea to him. Plus it was rather fun.

He sat atop the ship, legs dangling in the hole he created as he sat back on his hands and watched the contained Kree. "They make decent target practice at least," he shrugged nonchalantly.
