Regrouping
Kal flew the ship to the rendezvous point to meet up with the other team. The affects of the time distortion were quite evident on the faces and in the hair of the members of her team. They all had more wrinkles and gray in their hair. Some were a little worse than others.

She brought the ship down on the small planet and they waited for the others.

	Iason nods, holding on and entering a warp jump to cover a lot of distance quickly, hopefully with a small enough energy signature to not draw too much attention if they're expecting ships. 	Iason absorbs all the excess energy he can in the short time, then lights up the sky like an extra star, launching himself in a straight line through the area, trying to gain some greater idea of where the void might be strongest. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

The mad Titan had ever been beneath Galactus's notice, as all lesser beings were. Save for the brief time Thanos had possessed omnipotence, Galactus had not troubled himself over what one mad Eternal had done.

Until now. The Hungrew gnawed at him, threatened to consume him. What little remained was scarcely enough maintain his life functions, scarcely enough to contain Abraxas.

"You tamper with forces beyond your understanding, Titan. What you threaten to unleash... even your Mistress Death pales. You... would not simply bring about death... but nothingness. An unmaking of reality..."

	Iason notes the arrival of the far bigger distraction than himself. He just opens fire on a couple of the drones at the periphery, trying to make sure no one is likely to notice Kal by accident amidst the arrival of Galactus. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	"We have to free Galactus," Kal told her cousin. "And the Uni-Mind. The energy signatures are emanating from them. We release them, we cut Thanos off from a major power source." 	Iason nods, and starts ramping up the heat, radiating a thermal blast outward, knowing it won't hurt Kal, but should damage everything else. Then he charges towards their goal, towing Kal along at high speed while he fires more directed blasts ahead of them, trying to give her room. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Iason sees that - sees the drones closing in. He can destroy some of them, but not all of them. They can see through Kal's illusions, and while he can buy her time, he's not sure it will be enough.

That's when an idea strikes him. Drawing on the radiation of the nearest sun, he takes in as much energy as he can, and then blasts... but not towards the enemies. Those he lets close in on him so he can focus totally on feeding Galactus as much concentrated cosmic energy as possible.

	Kalypso had an idea. She didn't know if was going to work, but it was worth a try. She headed for the energy bonds holding Galactus and reached out to touch them. She started to pull the energy into herself and redirect it to her cousin. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Iason takes the abuse of the drones willingly, not trying to dodge or protect himself to optimize his focus on drawing in every source of available energy. Then he transmits everything he draws towards Galactus, hoping that in combination with the weakening of the bonds, that Galactus can free himself. If this doesn't work, they're lost. Iason flies upward. He hates to do this. Galactus is always an issue, but also a necessary force. And their best chance.

"Thanos is greatly empowered. We have allies, mighty one, but you will still need to be at greater strength. Many of the planets in this system could have once sustained life... but have been stripped bare of it. I could find you one suitable for your needs, that you can face him at full power."

	Kal absorbed the energies that held the Uni-Mind and redirected the energy to her cousin. It wasn't too long before the bonds were weak enough to allow the Uni-Mind to slip free. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Finding what he's looking for, Iason jets off, leaving a faint energy trail he figures Galactus can follow. Not long ago, this world was full of life. Now, its rotted and dead due to the aging effect. It should still fill Galactus' needs. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
