Marina grinned at Ginger. Fellow cheerleaders and all that. "Glad you're having an awesome time!" she shouted over the music bopping along with Ginger.

She decided early in the evening that she wasn't going to worry about the state of her house. It was worrisome having a party at her own house; hard to let go and just have fun. But Marina was feeling like fuck it. I'm going to have an awesome damn time.

Ginger all but squealed on Marina, giving her a rather large, drunk hug. She was grinning from ear to ear as she bopped about to the music, pleased as punch.

"Like, I totally needed this after so many boring days at home. And OMG, did you know like there was mud everywhere? Ug, sooo gross. I just, ew mud. And not like the good mud bath-like mud, like...poor people mud."

Marina rolled her eyes at Ginger but laughed and grinned anyway. "Totally ew!" she agreed. "It's been way too quiet here." Well, not anymore. Not once half the student body got packed into the Ruiz house and started dancing, drinking, and whatever other debauched things teenagers got up to at parties. "I love this song!" she yelled as something faster paced began to play.

"I know right! Just So grooooosss." But she danced along despite it, smiling at Marina before clapping her hand against her arm excited. "I know, I know it is the best song ever!" Not that Ginger really knew what song was playing.

Marina grinned back. Ginger was kind of an idiot, but she was a fun idiot; Marina enjoyed fun enough to ignore stupid. She danced wildly to the music and occasionally bumped her hip into Ginger and anyone else standing nearby.
