After a quick shower and change, Sam was ready for date two with Ginger. He was wild with energy after Beauregard's successful game that night and just bursting to do something. As they agreed before they even had their first date, a movie was completely acceptable for a second date. He liked giving her options so he rented a few movies and got some candy and snacks in case Ginger decided to stay in, since it was so late they could always just go to his house and chill since it was so close by. He also had provisions for in case they wanted to go downtown and catch a new film.

He practically skipped over to Lalaurie and bounded through the common room, which... in a million years... he never thought he would be doing. He bounded up the stairs to Ginger's room and took a deep breath before knocking on the door and waiting for patiently for the reply.

Summary: Leon's cruising relationship advice books for how to break up with someone. So far he hasn't found one that won't end painfully for him- nothing deals with the subject of 'vindictive women'.

In all the books he'd picked up, at least this one was being honest he supposed. It admitted that there was no way to really be nice, and kept suggesting to just be honest. But that didn't really seem like a good idea either. Once the words 'Sorry, I'm gay' passed his lips, he was pretty Addy wouldn't stop at simply transfiguring his head this time around.

Dropping the book down again, he pulled Avery's sunglasses over his eyes again and sighed in resignation as he turned for the door. This was going to end up with him dead, no way out of that one. Maybe he could just...yell it from across the commons. Bellow out- 'we aren't working out!' Then he could run and by the time it hit her, he'd be well out of spell range.

And she couldn't do anything while in class. So the danger zones would be....anytime not in class, or safely in the dorm.

Completely do able. Yeah. Yelling was definitely the best way to do it.

"Dammit Frankie! You get back here right now or I swear, I will never let you listen to Dean Martin again. This time, I totally mean it too, capisce?"

This wasn't the first time that Vinnie's familiar got away on him. Frankie the mouse had a strong tendency to get away from him. Even though Vinnie swore that he put the lock back on the cage, and swore he put a shield charm around the cage too. There was just nothing that this mouse couldn't escape from.

Currently, Frankie's owner was on his hands and knees, going around the common room. Vinnie was looking under every chair, and in every possible hiding place there was. In potted plants, the fireplace, vents, under couches, in the TV stand, behind the bookshelf. he even went so far as to look up and see if there was a mouse-shaped shadow in one of the light fixtures on the ceiling. Unfortunately, he had not had luck yet in finding the furry rodent. Vinnie wanted to find him before one of the girls freaked out. Or Leon did. Sticking his head under the couch, the Italian Beauregard took another look around.

Michi was intent on finding a new herbology book to read and she hadn't been to the new bookstore on campus yet. As much as she wanted to go downtown and sneak Izzy out to the Rue she knew she didn't have enough time on a Tuesday. She stuffed a bag of skittles into her tote bag and skipped out to the bookstore.

With a single-minded determination she browsed through the herbology section, running her fingers along the spines but not quite finding anything new and flashy as she had hoped. She was not deterred through as she rounded one shelf and almost went careening into another student. "Whoops! Sorry about that!"

Pink obviously made everything much more exciting.

Turning out of the dorms, she adjusted her bag on her shoulder scanning the area before she spotted a likely suspect. There, whats his face was just standing about. Was probably waiting to find his next sock victim, molesting the poor things in his dorm room when no was looking.

"Hey!" She called out to him, stomping over in all her cheer glory, "I demaned you give me back my sock, Spikes. I know what you are doing with them when no one is looking. Don't think I don't know. And it is like, totally the grossest thing ever. Just so you know, and OMG what is that in your mouth?"

At least for him.

"Win..." He stated, lifting his wand before sighing. No, no. He couldn't do this. Those chairs could not stay askew like that. How could anyone focus when they were off center like that?

There was yet another mystery on campus, and Casey didn't like mysteries. He liked to know how things worked, he liked reasons, he liked explanations. He didn't much care for unknown things happening around him. First there were the monsters, now there was a missing sock epidemic.

So, Casey decided to go find what he could fine. His morning started out with a thorough search of the Beauregard common room, kitchens, and laundry room. Other people probably thought he looked a bit silly looking around as intensely as he was, but being thought odd was nothing new.

He found himself outside of the Beauregard dorms after he searched every where he could without it becoming an issue of privacy. Casey glanced at all the other buildings on campus, particularly the dorms, and frowned. He was going to need a better way to find this thing than physically searching around.
