open to Joshua
When Andrew had gotten a text message from Joshua asking to pick him up at the bus station, he didn't ask any questions, he just got into his car and drove to pick up his boyfriend. His parents had just left, having to go off and deal with some things on their own, and their visit had been cut short. Andrew had been planning on just heading back to Cold Water, but Joshua's text had him worried and he wondered if something really awful had happened. After he parked his car, he got out to look around for Joshua, and when he spotted him he went over to gently touch his arm with a frown.

"Hey," he said quietly.

Their relationship had gained a lot of trust recently. Andrew wouldn't have ever left Joshua on his own before, but things were different now. He didn't see Joshua as just a possession anymore. Now he was just in love. Joshua was still his, yes, but it was different somehow.

	The kiss was the key, breaking Joshua down and making him whimper with the strain of suppressing emotion. As an answer, he kissed Andrew back, hands coming up to clutch at the sides of his face so that he could crush their lips together harder. 	Andrew slipped an arm around Joshua's body as the boy's bag dropped to the ground, and he lifted Joshua up so that he could deepen the kiss. 	The memory of what it felt like to see Andrew walking away from him was jarring. It made him realize just how lost he would be without him, but he would have withstood it if the man had kept going. When the kiss ended, Joshua relaxed against Andrew's body, relieved that he hadn't screwed things up beyond repair. Andrew was far too amazing for his own good. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Andrew pressed another soft kiss to Joshua's lips before he settled him back down onto his feet. He kept his arms looped around the smaller boy for a few moments though, and pressed his nose in against the top of Joshua's head so that he could inhale the scent of his hair. Finally, he let go and bent down to retrieve Joshua's bag.

"Do you want to go back to Cold Water, or do you want to stay in Seattle for a few days?" he asked softly.

"Seattle," he answered without needing time for much consideration. He would call once they got to a more convenient place, and let Wendell know that he had left. He hadn't really been thinking ahead as he left earlier. "Unless you didn't want me underfoot with your parents around." Andrew's parents were a little intimidating, or at least Joshua thought they must be. While he would never admit that the idea of them made him very nervous, it still did.

He reached for his bag. "I can get that." Sometimes he liked to be pampered, sometimes he didn't.

Andre nodded his head and smoothed a hand over Joshua's head before he leaned down to kiss him again, allowing the boy to take his bag. He grabbed a hold of one of the wolf's hands to lead him over to the car. Once it was unlocked, and they were both inside, he reached over to lightly brush his fingers against Josh's cheek.

"Don't ever say stuff like that again," he murmered with a frown. "This thing with Logan, it's attraction. It's more intense because of what you both are." At least Andre was assuming so. "I wish I could connect with you the way he does."

It was attraction, most assuredly. It was a connection that Joshua didn't understand fully. Logan had been one of the first wolves to make him feel like that and more than likely, he would never forget the rush the other boy could give him. "What happens if I make a mistake? I won't, but what if I did?" A mistake like sleeping wit Logan. He didn't like the idea that Andrew might have to worry about something like that, but he wanted to know how Andrew would react. Would he be forgiving? Would it be over? To think about it made Joshua cringe and nuzzle close to Andrew across the seat.

"Are there sorcerer werewolves? You might die if someone tried to make you one. Promise me you won't try. It's not worth it. I like how I fit together with you now."

Andrew swallowed and tipped his head back as a quiet sigh escaped him. It was not an easy question to think about, by no means, and it stung at his heart. At least Josh was being honest, though.

"I don't know," he sighed, "Maybe if I was a part of it, it wouldn't be so bad. If I could somehow share it with you. Does that sound ridiculious?" he asked as he turned his head to look over at the other boy.

Blinking rapidly, Joshua tried to wrap his head around the notion of both of them at the same time. The sex distracted him a little and he lifted his face up to look squarely at Andrew. "Have you had sex with more than one person at the same time before?"

When Joshua was writhing on top of Andrew, it didn't seem like he was inexperienced when it came to sex. He threw himself into it so completely. But the truth was, Joshua was still quite young and Andrew had been his end all be all of education. He'd always been curious about the man's experience before him.

	Andrew shook his head a little bit as he let his fingers smooth against the side of Joshua's jaw. He hadn't had a threesome before, even of he had thought about it. "I would have expected that you had," he said honestly. But maybe that was just his perception of Andrew as a very experienced person and of course the next logical step was a threesome. He didn't have terribly good sex logic just yet.

He pushed the thought from his mind as best he could, but he couldn't hide the fact that it got him a little riled up. Those emotions, however, came with guilt. Still, he squirmed over the gear shift and somehow managed to wrap his body around Andrew's in the car. He barely avoided honking the horn, and it was obvious how little he cared if someone walked by and saw them.

The words didn't surprise him. Andrew wasn't exactly a saint when it came to sexual experience, after all. He'd been with girls and guys, but guys were what he was really attracted to. He thought he could go forever just fucking random people, whoever he wanted, but the moment he laid eyes on Joshua that had all changed. When Joshua crawled onto his lap, Andrew easily slid his arms around Josh's waist. He tipped his head up and parted his lips to suck at the pulse of the wolf's throat before he sighed quietly. "You are the only one who knows how to drive me crazy," he mumbled quietly.

	Anyone else may have gotten a growl for allowing themselves access to his throat like that, and other days, Andrew might have gotten one as well. But right now, Joshua wanted that vulnerability and he let out a thick sigh as he stretched up his chin to grant more skin. "I think I'll drive you straight into an asylum," he noted. 	Andrew slipped his hands up along Joshua's back until he could push one of his hands into the boy's dark locks. He gave Josh's hair a tug, and he smiled sofly against the wolf's warm skin. Andrew could always turn him into jelly, and he whimpered a little at the hair tug. He loved that his body could withstand so much because he got the feeling if he was a measly human, he'd wear himself out far more quickly. "Just us. That's exactly what I want."

He leaned back a little, feeling the steering wheel press into the low curve of his spine. "Did your parents leave?"

Andrew nodded his head a little bit as he gazed up at Joshua, taking a moment to just drink him in. He really hadn't ever seen anything or anyone so beautiful. Joshua's dark hair against his perfect pale skin, and those bright blue eyes was enough to make him melt inside and out.

"They had to take off early, a friend of Dad's needed help with something," he said softly. "I was just gonna head back to Cold Water, but I really like the idea of having you all to myself a few days. The little ones are still puppified?" he asked with a grin. "They must be or Jeremiah would be pitching fit with you gone."

"Puppified?" Joshua laughed suddenly. It was the best word for it and he nodded. "Yes, they are. I can't believe they got to shift so early. At least I shifted first." Otherwise he would have really felt like a failure. He wanted to be the best at everything, and up until now, that had been pretty easy when he was competing against small children. "Do you think that--my mother was a werewolf and we just didn't know it? Is that even possible?" Because it stood to reason that if Hunter and Austin were able to shift as babies because they were full blooded, then Julian and Jeremiah must be full blooded.

"I doubt it," Andrew said as he gently nudged Joshua off of his lap and into the passenger seat. He pressed a few kisses to the other's mouth before he pulled back to start the car up. "Hunter would have known that right away. The power that radiates off that guy is nuts," he added honestly. "I'm not sure what it could be. I mean, maybe it is genetic, but I'm not sure how. Your mother, you would have felt it and known if she was a wolf, too. I'm sure of that. You're very intuned to your wolf, I think even before you shifted you were, too. You would have known, you felt it from your Dad, right? You would have from her, too."

He fussed a little at being repositioned to the passenger seat. He wanted to just stay attached to Andrew and he didn't care how the other managed to drive. The protest was brief though, and he settled back into the seat. Leaning his head against the window, he nodded. Everything Andrew had said was very accurate. "I think that if our mother had werewolf strength, we'd be dead," he added. There was no way she held back when she got angry, he could always see the loss of control in her face, the pure rage for whatever offense the boys had committed.

He thought about his dad and missed him immediately, the emotion was unmistakeable and it filled the car. But the pain was quelled a little when he thought about his brothers and laughed a little. "You know, they're probably not shifting back because they're having too much fun. No baths, no bedtime, and all the scritches they can handle."

Andrew felt that rush of sadness, and he glanced over at Joshua as he pulled out onto to road. He returned his attention back to driving with a frown. He knew a little of what Josh and the little ones had endured, he'd asked once, but he got the feeling that he'd barely scratched the surface when it came to that topic.

"Sounds about right," Andrew said softly, smiling sadly. "They've gotten better with things, Jeremiah's not so scared of things anymore."

"Maybe they need this time as wolves. I know Wendell's worried, but I'm not. They'll come back when it's right." Joshua had so much faith in his own wolf, trusting nature to take its course with things like this. "Maybe it will help Jeremiah get over what happened. He's spending a lot of time with Holden, another wolf. I think he's about my age. I'm kind of jealous and kind of relieved. It's good that he has friends." Spoken like a true parent, slightly jealous that they weren't necessarily the one and only individual in their child's life anymore. But it was healthy, he thought.

Andrew glanced over at Joshua for a moment. He loved how protective the wolf could be over his little brothers, and he definitely saw parental qualities shining through. As much as Andrew had grown fond of Julian and Jeremiah, he was looking forward to spending two whole days with Josh just the two of them. It had been so long.

"You were right," he said quietly, "When you said I would love Julian and Miah if I knew them. I can see why everyone loves them. I'm glad you found them again. But I really can't wait to spend some time alone with you."

Joshua gave him a surprised look that quickly melted into one of sheer pleasure. The notion that Andrew loved his brothers was a big deal to him. "I like being right," he said with a grin. Andrew was right too. Spending time together was going to be fantastic and exactly what he needed. "But they can be really demanding and I'm just glad to know they're safe at the haven without me around."

Andrew was thankful for that, too. He'd always been afraid that he'd have to give Joshua up completely if his brothers were around, and he was relieved that he was wrong. The other wolves at the haven took ample care of the little ones, and Joshua wasn't expected to be a father, but just a big brother.

"What do you think of Hunter and Wendell? The boys seem really comfortable with them," he said as he reached over to rest one of his hands on Joshua's knee.

Joshua offered a little shrug. What was there to think about Hunter and Wendell? They were perfect. "I want to be like Hunter when I get older," he admitted, which was a big deal for someone like Joshua. He would never tell Hunter about it, but he very much looked up to him. Someone like Hunter wouldn't stay with their mother as their father had. The man did what he could, but ultimately he was weak. Wendell wasn't weak either, but of course Josh wanted nothing to do with being an omega.
