Way beneath the surface of the Atlantic Ocean in the underwater kingdom of Atlantis the dead were rising. Lids were pushed off of the sarcophagi in the royal crypt and in a small cave some distance from the city.

"We can, and we will." he agrees.

He closes his hand, the walls of the palace crumbling inward, bits of stone falling back to the sea.

As a mixture of crushing and asphyxiation get to them, more black rings rain down upon the palace, floating just above the waves, crumbling as it hovers, the very symbol of Atlantis' power turning into so much dust as death embraces them.
