The World According to Pippi
It had been a long fight with the Cadre, but in the end the Justice League International had won. The Cadre members were in jail and life went on. Dex grabbed a beer and kicked back on the couch in front of the tv.

	Xian's metallic form had taken some serious shots and he was still in the process of healing those, so he maintained that form for the moment. Transforming back to his human side could be hazardous in his current condition. He walked over to where Lizzy was, taking a seat beside her, almost amused at how she dwarfed him. "Yeah, we've still got blueberry."

Dinadan wobbles a bit as he leaves with kitchen, half eaten muffin in one hand and a tray in the other. Not a wobble like he's about to pass out, but like he made an abrupt course correction so that he could make a beeline for Lizzy. He smiles at Xian as he gets close and holds the tray out to him.

"Mind taking these over to the table while I check Lizzy over for any problems that might be exacerbated by size-shifting?" he asks. The fact that he's all but handing the tray over to Xian without waiting for an answer indicates that it's less of a request than his tone would suggest.

He and Lizzy are cousins in every sense except for sharing a set of grandparents; it's not like they don't talk. And while Dinadan doesn't have a problem with Xian or the situation, he's still going to run interference until Lizzy threatens to set Head on him for meddling.

"I can do pizza," he adds over his shoulder to the rest of the team. "In the sense of I'd eat it, since I'm guessing no one's in the mood to wait as long as it would take to make it from scratch." He takes another bite of his muffin and chews thoughtfully. "Someone remind me later to make some pizza dough and stick it in the freezer so we've got some on-hand."

Xian's metallic eyebrows seemed to twitch a moment at Dex's latest comment before he notices Dinadan.

"Yes..yes I can do that," Xian says graciously.

"Are we calling the place that does the bbq-bacon cheeseburger pizza special, or the place that doesn't? Because if its the place with the bbq bacon-cheeseburger pizza, I want the chicken and garlic special. Otherwise, the Greek special with extra cheese and no olives. Unless its Pizza Hut, then whatever people want. I just want the pizza with the crust things."
