Wake-Up Call
Henry sits in a corner of the apartment, focusing with his father's ring. He wants to find his father. He wants to find his father.

He refuses to let his desire he's had his whole life, this desire for a green ring, interfere any further. He needs to find his father. He has to.

The ring glows, casting the room in soft green light, but Henry makes certain it won't interrupt any of his sleeping companions.

Damn it.

He lets out a tired sigh.

	"I'm in," he replies almost before Henry's finished saying the words. What else is he going to do, stay here and panic by himself? He's already got his sword anyway. "Anyone who can teleport? I don't want to leave Tris here if I don't have to." On his other shoulder, Tris squawks loudly what Dinadan would claim is agreement. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

A grin crosses Henry's face as an idea occurs to him.

"Hang on." He sends the energies of his ring through the phone line, to Din's location. He finds Din's genetic structure and the parrot nearby, and grabs hold of them (along with his clothes, since he wouldn't want to pull Dinadan through naked). And then he pulls them back through the phone line, reforming them in front of him.

"Does that work?" he asks with a proud grin.

Tris squawks even louder and disappears in a thunder of wing beats to some high perch. Dinadan's eyes look like they're about to fall out of his head -- pretty impressive, since the one on the right is still swollen from the Battle of the Bookshelf.

"Some warning would have been nice," he says in a strangled voice. Henry's familiar grin is reassuring enough though that he manages to laugh and take a few deep breaths to calm back down to his previous level of not-shrill-at-all-thank-you anxiety.

"The plan is for you, Tornado, and Allanah to get Ty and Cerdian loose while Teddy, Kid Flash, and I hold off the rabble and Lantern and the Atom try to tie Mongul up. Once Ty and Aqualad are loose it's up to you, him, and Atom to handle Mongul."

As she's talking Lian is pulling off anything that might interfere with her movement, and loosening any compartments on her utility belt and quiver that she thinks she might need. Last she pops her bow open, and looks over their parents' and Cerdian's last hope as she straightens her mask.

"As for when we leave? That would be now. Green Lantern?"

Oh geez oh geez oh geez. It makes perfect sense, but oh geez oh geez oh geez.

Dinadan whistles Tris down from the ceiling, shrinking down to a size more appropriate for parrot-riding. At least Tris is already wearing her harness.

He mounts up and tries really hard to look like he is completely ready to go and stick it to the guy who kidnapped his dad and left him for probably-dead under a dictionary.
