The Quinjet has been landed and secured in a location where the Avengers can locate it easily.

Inhaling, Charlie threw the doors open, the rest of the Avengers behind him.

Only to find that the couple currently in standing in front of Elvis exchanging vows aren't Anya and Steve.

Charlie inhaled.

"Let me start by saying that what you have done is extremely foolish," he said, glaring at the both of them, "Yes, I understand, you're both happy together, and in a perfectly stable relationship. Yes, I understand, you're in love. And I'm happy for you. I'm really am. But that is not a reason to go off to Vegas and elope, in love or not. You're both still teenagers. You're both still in school. Yes, while Anya has money, you are both not fiancially stable to support each other in a marriage. You still have your whole lives ahead of you, and if you decide to get married somewhere down the line, good for you. But you are both far too young and not ready to get married. Anya, even for you this is bad, I can't believe that you were this impulsive to even consider doing something this foolish. And Steve, I'm disaapointed at you for going along with her. You're both my friends, but I must that I'm very displeased with the both of you. This was a foolish choice and I believe that no matter how in love that you say are, you'll both come to regret it somewhere down the line."

Anya looked at Charlie and struggled to keep a straight face. Then she glanced over at Steve. She couldn't help it. She burst out laughing.

"Charlie, you sound SO much like your dad." She patted his cheek and then kissed it. "Steve and I didn't get married. We bought rings to make you think we did because Iason told us what you were doing. We came here to see a concert."

"And YOU," she turned to Toni. "I made you a promise when we were five that I would never get married without you as my maid of honor. I've never broken a promise and I'm not going to start now."
