	Ryan did have time to prepare for this fight having rushed to help as fast as he could. Ryan couldn’t standby with kids being taken hostage like this. But this did mean all he had on him for weapons were his knife, SAP gloves, and a few crescent darts. “All right let’s do this,” Ryan says as he surveys the scene looking for a fight he could help with. Iason shows up when the call goes out, no word on just where he's been. But this place is important, he knows it, so he came as fast as he could.

"The X-Men need backup, fast, and someone needs to see to the children... they're in the statue." he calls back over coms, heading for ground level to find an opponent to tie up while some of the others put a plan together.

Toni carefully checked to make sure her repulsor rifle was functioning properly. For a moment, she regretted ditching the armor a while back, but realized that she was usually more of a liability in it than a help. Her mutant mojo and combat training would be more than enough for this.

"Hit hard, hit fast guys. The X-Men are no slouches. If they can take them down..."

	Akilah was there as well, and she broguht with her only a her costume and a whip. She cast protective spells on herself and those of her teammates who accepted them. Other than that, she was silent and prowling for a suitable opponent. (Reply to this)(Parent)
