Shattered:
She's been sleeping a long time. Exactly how long, she's not sure.

But her dreams have not been peaceful. She remembers the pale man with the red jewel in his forehead. She remembers the blue and gray man.

She remembers the blood. The slaughter. Slashing and cutting. Hunting and killing.

And, worst of all, she remembers enjoying it.

The glass shards flash. The blood flows. The blue man laughs, a deep, booming laugh...

Abruptly, she sits up, screaming, tears running down her face, her sheets soaked in sweat. She doesn't know where she is. Strangers are all around her.

She looks at the people nearby, and screams again, terrified.

“I think I understand the feeling a bit though I couldn’t pretend to know what you’re going through,” Aaron said. He still felt guilty about having to hurt someone he cared about even if it was to help save the world and her. Still he did feel like he should try to make it up to her somehow at some point but first things first.

“Hey I told Rufus that I would get him if you woke up so just let me know when you’re ready and I can go tell him.”

	"It's still nice to hear that," Cait said. She felt bad about hurting him. At least he had the excuse that he was trying to stop her and trying to keep people from getting her. Her only excuse was that she was intentionally trying to hurt people. "I don't think one could ever be ready to see Rufus, but I would like to see him at some point. How's Corey?" 	“Corey here he was knocked out cold but other than that I’ve been told he’s fine,” Aaron tells Cait. “I still feel really bad about giving you such a bad shock, so I was thinking if there was some way I could make it up to you just let me know,” Aaron says before he starts getting up from his seat by Cait’s bed. 	Cait nodded. She'd go see her brother as soon as she was allowed out of bed. Twerp Major drove her crazy, but he was her brother and she did love him and worry about him. She smiled. 	Cait smiled a little and turned a shade of red. "Thanks. I'm still getting used to it." She wondered if it was going to be a permanent thing. Her skin had gone back to its normal color, but her hair still remained a bright shade of blue. One could mistake her for a McCoy. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	“Well I think it looks good on you,” Aaron says sincerely. He was a little concerned that when he had shocked her so badly that it might have done some damage which could have caused her hair color to remain permanently blue and maybe some other stuff but that could all just be his guilt.
