The Rescue
Quinn opened a portal and brought them all to Limbo.

They arrived in Limbo on what was a plain that stretched out in front of a castle. Nothing grew on the plain. It was dirt and rocks for as far as the eye could see. Demons moved about in the distance and along the battlements of the castle. For now they didn't notice the newcomers.

	Belasco just smiled. Three other doors that led into the great hall burst open and demons rushed into the room. Belasco himself unleashed blasts of mystical energies. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Quinn had been ready. He threw up a shield to block the mystical blasts and protect his teammates. Once they dissipated against the shield, Quinn let loose with his own at Belasco. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	This wasn’t Casey’s type of fight but he had had some combat training in the unique fighting style only with his and his mom’s talents could use though he was no where nearly as good with it as she was with it but he did supplement it with his talking to distract, confuse, and generally mess with the demons. 	Belasco saw the charging man and sent a blast of energy toward him. However, he couldn't stop the blasts from Quinn. They hit and Belasco was knocked back a few steps. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Casey got scratched a couple of times but not too bad yet and he was more upset about the holes I his shirt than the scratches. He kept throwing blows and throws while he kept moving and never stopped talking. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

The demons were pushed back from the onslaught of light weapons and kinetic shields. Casey's voice was having an effect as some of them paused and then turned on their companions. The ground under some of them exploded as Sophie's powers did their work.

Belasco knew the tide was starting to shift and it wasn't in his favor. He unleashed another blast of magical energies at the man who had charged and the one pretending to be Captain Britain.

Joe didn't even pretend to understand magic, but there were a few bits and pieces he'd picked up. He'd been examined many times over the years by Doctor Strange, to make certain he wasn't being corrupted or influenced by Cytorak.

But he understood that some magic worked best in specific realms and about places of power. His own and Belasco's were in conflict. One as powerful as their foe was could maybe hurt him here.

But it didn't matter. They had a job to do, and he'd do it. He weathered the blast, keeping moving even as it almost felt like it hurt, pressing his way toward the sorcerer.

Dmitri didn't focus on Belasco. He remained fighting the demons, going back and forth with them like it was a crooked game. His clothes were getting torn to shreds, but the layer of iron beneath his skin and his healing worked to keep him going at optimal speed.

He moved over toward Tamara to help her out more and make sure she didn't get overwhelmed. He had to admit, though--fighting a horde of demons was not his idea of fun or easy.

	Sophie had not wanted to use up her energy, but the explosion she had caused used up more that she would bave liked. Feeling a bit dizzy she kept her head up and went to help the others. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The explosions around him knocked Casey off his feet and landed on a demon it hurt a bit landing on the bony parts but it was better than landing on the hard stone. He still cursed strongly in Irish about Mary Malone and her nine blind illegitimate chasing them away while using his vocal powers at the demons. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The explosions knocked Jenny off her feet and into the demons overwhelming her. Her kinesis field scattered them as she fell, then repelled them back when they jumped at her on the ground. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
