A Strange Quest
Quinn had been thinking about the leprechaun incident and had a feeling it wouldn't be the last time he saw the little annoy creatures. Quinn's magic hadn't been effective and he had to know what to do the next time they came around. Maybe there was a spell or something that would work against them and their magic.

Quinn had to go to the one person who would know about this kind of stuff.

He teleported to 177A Bleecker Street in New York only to find it empty. He wondered where Dr. Strange was.

There was one person who may know. Quinn teleported out to the West Coast and arrived at the front gate of the Defenders.

The loa had released her once the demon was dealt with and the book gone. It had sucked a lot of energy from her and she leaned against a wall for a moment as she tried to get it together. She was going to have to call on some Jericho-style magic for the rest of this.

"We have a magical obligation to rescue Dormammu. What we do with him post-rescue is another matter. Let's just get this done."

What she didn't say was that she was more than willing to use lethal force on Johannes, though she was certain she wasn't the only one with that thought.

"They're together." Lucas agrees, pausing a moment to press his fingers against Shelly's temple, casting a quick minor healing spell of revitalization. Its not much, but hopefully it will help.

He focuses on the fog a moment, then it swirls, showing them a path while hiding their steps from others. "This way. Its not far once you find the hidden passageway to the steps."

"No problem. Healing and ritual are my strengths." Lucas replies to Matt and Shelly's thanks. "The fog will only protect us so long, I can sense many eyes trying to pierce it, but that's not surprising in this place." he adds as he leads them to the passage, finds the trigger, and leads them down into the dungeons to where Dr. Strange and Dormammu are held, the latter's flames extinguished.

"Someone with stronger offensive magics than I will have to free them."

	Matt calls forth a shield to ward off whatever offensive attack Dormammu may bring to bear first. Granted, the shield probably won't last long, but it's better than eating hellfire directly to the face. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
