Regrouping and making battle plans
The timely save by the Anti-Registration forces brought the Exiles to the group's secret headquarters. The rescued heroes were brought back and offered medical aid, food and a chance to rest away from the pro-registration forces. The Exiles explained who they were and what their mission was and were invited to stay for as long as they wanted.

A few hours later more rescued heroes were brought back and this time it was the six Avengers. They entered the secret underground base and escorted to the area where they could get cleaned up and get medical treatment for their wounds. They would get the chance to meet everyone when they were done and came out to the main area with everyone else.

"Beating up on other interdimensional types isn't much of a mission, but it kind of sounded like that was theirs."

"Thor's kid quoting Sun Tzu. Now I've seen it all," Nick grumbled. He shook his head. "Let's work on that plan. A crowd like this one will eventually draw attention."

Svalin smiled at Nick and then turned her attention back to the matter at hand. "It doth not seem inconceivable that someone doth not want the changes the Exiles art making or the ones mine team art trying to prevent. It wouldst stand to reason that there wouldst be opposition."

"We doth now know who ist involved, now we must plan to deal with them. Input from all wouldst be appreciated."

"What we've seen shows this Anya fighting very much like the one I'm familiar with. She's good, and incredibly powerful, but like her father, she's a Stark first. Genius, but reliant on her technology. Her power edge can be negated by sufficient maneuverability - if our goal i counteracting rather than defeating. Some people we need to beat, she's not one of them, at least until we know more about the travelers' mission. Its one of the few areas where I believe one of our more strategic and agile people might be able to counter one of their powerhouses instead of having to match power for power.
Second, we have weapons they currently can't predict - including a teleporter. Svalin and Eli suggested the tactic of attempting to remove some of their bigger, but slower guns by simply removing them from the scene.
We also have two Eternals - both powerful, but injured. If a small group can get aboard the helicarrier, we may be able to get an energy source sufficient to recharge and heal them at the same time we ambush a few of their forces. The bridge has countermeasures, we can't assume we can cripple the helicarrier through stealth - even with powers, or it would have been done. But we may still be able to get a few people out of the way.
After that... the two concerns that strike me right away are Ares... and the Sentry. Ares seems unsure about their mission, but is too powerful for most. I would hope that between Hercules and Svalin, he can be counteracted... and..." she took a deep breath.
"I'll keep the Sentry off of our operations teams. If we're going to make a real dent though, we need to expose them... we should have full media coverage on this one. Pressed hard enough, some of their people, Osborn, Venom, Bullseye - are wildcards. Get Venom being Venom on live TV, they're going to struggle. But we need to draw them out, get Osborn ranting, get something they can't cover up. Which is a trick... but volunteers to bait the bad guys into ceasing to play nice and just be themselves on camera would be welcome while the rest of us buy time. We're only going to get one shot at this."

Charlie paused. "This world's Thor is dead, and there's been rumors of the hammer, right? Do you think that it's possible that the hammer could be on the Hellicarrier? We get our hands on that, and I say the odds will definitely be in our favor."

"Alright then... we need volunteers. Eli can take a group aboard the helicarrier. The missions, in order, are to rejuvenate the eternals, ambush and teleport some of their personnel away before they know what hit them, and try and find Mjolnir. I'd suggest Col. Fury be part of that group, and Eli is an obvious necessity, and Iason if he's going to fight at full strength. Three or four more stealthy people might be good. Ryan - if you want to help there, and you think you have a shot to cripple the helicarrier's offensive capabilities, go for it. Keep in mind though, they're using it as a base of operations. It won't just be normal troops - Osborn, Iron Man, Ares, Mr. Fantastic or Kang, and their loyalists, may all be there, so be careful.
Second, Vernique has volunteered to be part of bait duty. She could use some backup and help. This group's targets are Venom, Bullseye and Norman Osborn. All three are unstable - we need them to show their true colors on live TV. Meaning this group needs to push them to their limits, but not go for taking them out - defensive specialists, folks who can get under their skins. If you can stay alive while taking their best shots, and have a mouth on you, this is your fight.
Third, someone who isn't one of our heavies but can focus on defensive combat - lead a group to deal with these other dimensional types, at least any we can't teleport away. Charlie, you know Anya well. You don't need to beat her - but she leads that team. If you can stay alive and keep her occupied, you cripple them. Think you're up for picking out a crew to hit them and keep them busy?
I'll trust Hercules can deal with Ares, since Svalin will probably want to look for her father's hammer. I'll try and keep the Sentry busy.
Any suggestions or anything I'm missing? Anyone not on those teams - your jobs are finding targets of opportunity, and keeping them off people's backs so they can do their jobs.

Questions or volunteers?"

“I learned Stealth fighting and tactics from a guy who employed them mainly while wearing a big white sheet I’ll be fine and won’t do anything to stupid,” Ryan says, “It would be easily to break into the bridge by myself though but if Fury can tell me about what security systems they currently are using I can get by them no problem while the rest take care of the eternals.”

"You're Thor's daughter, princess of Asgard. We're going to have to take that chance. Fast as he is, someone needs to keep Sentry away from the other teams, especially if he's really as dangerous as Kev says he is. We can't even be sure its there - and even if it isn't, the stealth team will need a big gun in case they run into Ares or Iron Man or the like. You can do it."

She nods to Ryan. "Once you're on board, figure out your objectives and split up. As long as all the major points get hit - find an energy source for the Eternals, ambush some of their muscle and teleport it away, and try and confirm the hammer is there - I'm all for being efficient about it. Good thought."

"Alright, it sounds like we have the beginnings of groups. Nick, Ryan, Svalin, Widow and the Eternals, at least, can head for the helicarrier - recharge the eternals a bit on their power supplies, teleport who you can away from the fight, find the hammer, slow down its impact on the fight, but be careful. Others can join there. Split up as you see reasonable, since there's a lot to do, and you'll be sneaking aboard via teleport before the rest of the fight. They won't be expecting a hit on the carrier - especially while its in the city limits.
Vernique, Lester and Dane can lead the group to bait Bullseye, Venom and Norman Osborn into doing something dumb.
Charlie is heading up the group going to try and keep Anya and her friends disorganized and tied up - but he could use some help.
Hercules has Ares, I've got the Sentry." She hopes.

"For the rest of you, if you don't have a group you're working with, talk to the people heading up the forces. Leaders, gather your teams. When and if you hit your objectives, get into the fight where you can. No plan survives first contact with the enemy, but we have a starting point. Good luck, everyone."
