Director Fury was calling for an update on various operations. Josh's job was keeping track of developments from various criminal organizations and superhuman threats. As such, he was among those called.

Josh doesn't waste time.

"We have more intelligence regarding the remains of an AIM facility in West Africa. While most of the surveillance was unsalvageable, we did retrieve a few clips of footage." Josh passes a few photos around. The attackers had a variation of AIM's uniform, but blue and sleeker. "We think they are members of RAID, Radically Advanced Ideas in Destruction. A splinter-group that was at one time under the control of the Red Skull. We are still piecing together just want was taken from the base."

He then pulls out another folder. "A new terrorist movement has begun to spring up in Aqiria called the Sons of Fasaud, named after the country's former oil minister, Sheikh Farouk al-Fasaud, though he's perhaps known better in the states for acquiring the powers of a "living television projection" and fighting the Fantastic Four. They wish to unseat the current king, but despite the name there is no proof that Fasaud himself is backing them, or if he's even still alive."

"Until recently we didn't even know RAID was back, but given the actions of their previous actions, you've got an organization with AIM's brains but filled with anarchists willing to do just about anything. If possible we should shut them down before they have a chance to grow further," Josh said, offering his opinion. "As for the Sons, right now they've limited themselves to attacks on Aqirian soil. Regardless of how any of us think they may progress in their attacks, technically we can't do anything about them. Personally, I think it's only a matter of time. An American team brought their namesake down after all. So I think they should at least be monitored carefully."

"Just one: Our people have been interviewing Damon Dran for some time now, but he still hasn't revealed the identity of the mercenaries he hired. The mercs themselves are equally stubborn. Dran's been caught trying to bribe staff personnel a few times now. No one from Shield has taken him up on his offer, but we did have to arrest a few of the prison's security," Josh informed.

	Aleks had been there for a bit, but has nothing to add. Undercover work is not his forte, or even really a possibility due to the hair and the necessity of ongoing treatments. Still, he takes mental notes as the meeting progresses. Being the team tank against people with experimental new weapons is never any fun. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Lena's been listening carefully, but isn't an agent so doesn't say anything as they discuss missions. She does spend that time trying to recall who Dran was by his file. It's only when she gives up on going by the files she can remember does she recall who Dran was from some story of Josh's. The darn invulnerable guy.

As fascinating as he would be to study, and it would be really be, she already doesn't like the man. More for the fact that it seemed pretty much impossible to get a sample of someone so invulnerable rather than any knowledge of his crimes. Most of which she wasn't aware of. It wasn't her field.
