A Gathering of Heroes
Once the Champions returned to their headquarters and destroyed the Quantum Mirror returning all the heroes to normal. Once that was done they called a meeting of the superhero teams. Irina transported the Champions to the Avengers Mansion and volunteered to provide transportation for the other teams.

"Alright, so based on what we have... big threats, too little information, here's our first steps.

Teleporters, you're on call at Avengers' mansion. We have a lot of teams needing to move quickly. I want you where people can find you until your teams deploy.

Avengers, work with SHIELD on domestic protection and international emergency response until we have a wider plan based on more information.

Defenders will be on hold as a strike team in case something big and ugly crops up while we're on emergency response. Eventually we'll give them some backup. Big Hero 6 will do likewise, since they're capable of handling sudden threats well that need a little more finesse.

Vincent - you, and everyone here with mystical training needs to be trying to help us figure out what the gods are planning and where they are.

Kal, Franklin - since our magic is all being used for scrying, we need our Eternal and psychic big guns shielding us from the enemy doing the same. Give us all the protection you can. Scrying, invisible spying, shadow messengers... until we're in a position to attack, we need to defend better. You two are our best hope... though, our alchemist there could also be helpful, I'd imagine. So maybe you three.

Alpha Flight... has jurisdiction in Canada. History with the Great Beasts says its always beasts, plural... and they've only seen one. Can we get a teleporter to help them, short term though?

Nightstalkers, and Champions - you have resources and speed none of the rest of us touch. Find out what we're missing. Threats we're not seeing. Sammy - with these being gods, if you could have your people also checking for major cult activity and the like amidst the terrorist databases and consult with people from those teams - that'd be helpful.

X-Men, and our Genoshan guests... while the Avengers and likely SHIELD are hitting some of the potential big world disasters, there's a human side to this. With your past and resources, you're better suited to deal with some of the humanitarian efforts, and undoing some of the damage on less evident scales the evil duplicates have caused... if you can see to that, I'll see if I can give you a jump start by giving you public backing from the Avengers, and hopefully Sammy can do so with SHIELD as well. That should help undo some of the problems that rose with the false mutant leaders, and give you a chance to do your own groups some good in the public eye.

Angelo clears his throat, and looks between Andrew and Jordan. "If there are no objections, I'd like to volunteer to provide transport for Alpha Flight. I should be able to handle their entire team without much trouble." Intra-continental jumps are also much less threatening than heading to another hemisphere, so far as his recovery time goes.

You're better positioned than anyone, except maybe Lyta for this, though. I need you to use Stark contacts to pull some strings. If this is a world-shaking thing, given the plots we've seen so far, then mortals are being manipulated... which usually means money on a big scale. Where is it moving? Towards who? Shutting down their plans, and stopping their agents on Earth will be critical.

Besides, I need Martin helping Marlow... and I need Bea here reviewing the plans and maps with me. She'll see things I won't while we're using the information people bring back to shut this down. Finally... if you could get Bea's sister to pull some of her less-known contacts in, see if they know something most of us would miss...?"

"Lucky for us I have the world's best assistant and he's a whiz at coordinating things. Including my wardrobe." The smile this time was more genuine. Etoile blinked a little. Everything was happening so fast, she barely got in a lot of team training with the rest of her X-Men teammates. Thank goodness Vlad was around to spar with her a few times, along with Cait.

She didn't bother saying a word, intentivel listened to what the man had to say. She stored all information given, even when everyone else spoke up she took note of it as well, you never.

Etoile hadn't been out on a mission in awhile. Deep down she knew this was huge, she just hoped she could help others without causing more problems.
