Somewhere in Egypt
Gbadu and her followers gathered outside a small unknown temple in the desert near the ancient site of Akkaba. Inside one of the ancient temples the mutant known as En Sabah Nur lay in a state of suspended animation. Today they were here to awaken Apocalypse and unleash him on the world.

	Gbadu focused on the ritual, but she could sense people approaching her. She reached out with her probability powers and would cause Andrew to have incredible bad luck as he approached her. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Gio's fully engaged, fighting with wild and, admittedly, hate-filled fervor, trying to keep as much of the enemy busy as possible, but still too much the bodyguard to completely lose interest in where Andrew is.

Eventually, she spots him in the distance, making his way towards the true mission ... and sees the storm get worse around him, with less of the peripheral mitigation from his cousin's efforts. She wants to vanish and go to him, but she knows it would limit her efficacy, and for so many reasons, Giovanna Bennet will not let the False God make her lose her head. Nor will she jeopardize, well, everything by giving into her instinct to want Andrew out, rather than progressing. But she sees just the thing.

"ANGELO!" She screams to her brother, then points to Shane. "TAKE HIM TO ANDREW!"

There will be absolutely no losing of heads by any Bennets today. At all.

Angelo has been flitting about the ensuing chaos, repositioning allies when possible, and doing his best to wreak havoc on any attempt at organizing counter-offensives the cultists might have. His sister's voice catches his attention like a clocktower's bell, and he follows her direction, nodding sharply as he sights who she's pointing to.

"Excuse me, sir." He intones to Shane as he appears behind him, settings hands on his shoulders before sending them both to Andrew.

	Shane was rather engrossed in the fight sending bolts of electricity at cultists that he don't notice Angelo till he grabbed him and he wasn't were he used to be. 	Andrew needs the help - Gbadu's spell has caused him to get utterly lost, wandering uselessly into the sandstorm - until Angelo and one of the X'ers turn up. Shielding his eyes, he tries to make them out better, or get any sense of direction. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	With the extra charge, Andrew has at least enough to fight it. Every step feels slow and plodding, the ground cracking a bit under the force of each one - but he plods ahead against the wind, keeping his focus on the target. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Sengai had went to join Andrew's efforts..but didn't really know what to do. Then he saw the energy Gbadu was channeling toward the ritual. Sengai didn't know if this would work, but he decided to try. He extended his hands, trying to draw some of the energy away from the ritual and into himself. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	After dealing with the cultists, she directed her robots towards Gbadu. She was able to keep her distance perfectly, and have the robots pus through the hurricane winds with some ease...due to the heavy dense material they were made out of. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Gbadu could feel the energies of the ritual being absorbed and she knew that it would not be enough. She looked around and saw the cultists had been removed from the conflict. She was not a fighter.
