Careful manuvering
Eliza was frantic in her search for some sun glasses and some warm clothing so she could go shopping. She pulled on a coat and shoved some gloves into her pocket and bounced out of her room with a purse stuck under one arm. She stops and stands by a window looking outside. It really did look chilly but she had to get out there to pick up something for the charity ball.

She wonders for a moment if she can recruit someone to go with her on this little trip. She smiles to herself and searches the mansion looking for Iason before she looses her nerve. There's no reason to not ask him to go with her. It's just to pick up some toys.

"Iason?"

He picks up on the blush pretty quickly, as well as realizing he just accidentally asked her out, again. And she'd agreed, again. Well, if he's going to have that kind of track record, he figures he might as well be a little bold.
"I'll bet we can find it playing somewhere. We can get a few copies of the book and toys, then do dinner, if you're up for it? And... yeah, I have nothing against my Aunt or her life. Its just that there's this really gorgeous redhead I've had my eye on that I'd like to get to know a little better."

	That has Eliza agreeing. It all sounds like a good plan to her. She scans the shelves as she selects a few of the soft toys. "That's a good plan," she says out loud. "I'm pretty sure it won't take us long to find the childrens books," (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

"Three or four of them. I figure that they'll be going to more than one kid so it's okay to get a couple," she says with a nod as she begins to reach over he heads of the kids to select a few.

"Wow. They did a good job with these." She turns a stuffed Bernard over in her hands and lets out an amused grin. "When I was little Mom used to read the book to me in Russian."

She picks up a fifth one with every intention of giving it to her mother on New Year's. She thinks it's a little sappy but she can't help herself right now. "Now to the books?"

	He grabs a few more of them. A couple for the kids, and then a certain redhead is going to find the one she reacted to most strongly as her Christmas present, or one of them anyway, in a few weeks. Eliza has no idea that he is planning that. She just finds that he grabbed some more toys for the kids cute because somehow he looks adorable with some stuffed toys in his arms.

"You'll have to see the movie and read the book," she says with a short nod. She is positive he will get it once he sees why it's so awesome. She steps around a few more kids who are running long to see something that to them is so cool. The books are easy to find just look for the sort of quite part of the store.

	Well, some of them are for the kids, anyway. And it makes an easy cover for her Christmas present. "Well, we'll have some copies of the book shortly, I think I see it over there. 	Eliza doesn't quite blush but looks pleased. "Well I'm glad I could make it a god day." She thinks this has been a good day for her as well. She needs to get up the nerve to seek Iason out more often. She has another idea but she'll worry about that after the movie. She doesn't want to jump the gun while they're having fun. "Sounds good, a lot of things there I haven't tried yet." he replies while waiting for the employee to finish processing the sale. "Ok, back to the mansion to drop this off, and let's see if we can find somewhere playing your movie. You know, if you'd prefer, I'm sure Natasha could make arrangements and I could fly us to Russia to see it? My Russian isn't perfect, but I'm working on it."

	Tactile telekinesis is handy for lots and lots of bags, making sure nothing falls out or apart, while still keeping an arm free to carry her back to the mansion once they're done. "That's okay with me," Eliza says with a nod. She saw no reason to not leave the stuff there. She would though pick up the things at a latter date when it was time to get ready for the charity ball. But given the way she was inclined to think right now she might not have to move them.

"Wait. Do you just not sleep?" She gives him a curious look since she had never though about it before.

"Not normally, I'm capable of sleeping when I feel the need, but it doesn't do anything for me, and its not a necessity. My room is mostly a place to store clothes for when I need them." he replies, showing her to his basically bare room to drop off the items. "Its just a matter of preference, like eating. I get everything I need from energy sources, mostly ambient radiation and solar energy."

She blinks at how bare his room looks compared to her room or James' room. Of course the one time she had seen her brother's room she had nearly gagged. This was just very clean but that was probably because he owned very few things.

"That...is a little weird to me since I'm so used to sleeping and eating being important but that's fine. Everyone is different and all," she says with a shrug. "And you seem to enjoy eating for fun. I'm of the opinion that food should be fun."

	Eliza smiles and tucks her hand behind one ear. "For me it's mostly being overly sensitive to light." She gets headaches that are horrible if the light is too bright. This is why she hates the early morning. "Should I go check the times?" (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

She flashes him another smile. "I just need to check the times out and we can pick a time."

She was quick about it when it came to checking out times. "Okay. There's one showing too close to now half an hour from now. That's a little soon. There's another two hours from now. And another starting another half hour after that. We can get the one two hours from now, if you'd like?"
