Happy Birthday Sylvie!
Sylvie was the sister Cait never had. The two had known each other since they were in diapers and Cait wasn't about to let Sylvie's birthday pass without some fanfare. Cait had the gifts ready well in advance and had put her sewing skills to work to make Sylvie a new blouse and a matching long skirt. She had also got Corey's help in creating a necklace of polished colored stones.

Cait of course made a batch of Sylvie's favorite cookies along with cupcakes. She made sure the one for Sylvie had a candle on it and gave the rest out to the other X-ers.

Some people have slippers to keep their feet warm in the mornings or on colder days, designed for warmth and comfort. Now Sylvie does too - as a result of Moira and Lucas' last hunting trip, Sylvie gets tanned leather gloves, extra flexible to allow for grip, internally lined with rabbit for extra comfort on her extra hands. There's 2 sets, in case she wants some really nice, warm gloves too.

And a nicely calligraphied thank you note praising the feel shall be received. One doesn't often get nice warm things with a summer birthday.

Aaron left a card for Sylvia with a thirty dollar Barnes and Noble gift card with a note saying Happy Birthday and to buy something cool with the gift card.

Along with the usual box of Godiva truffles, Misha included an IOU for dinner and a movie, extra movie tickets, and a gift card to Sylvie's favorite bookstore.

Sylvie's easy to design for. Start with pink, and figure out what she doesn't have.

This year it's a four-set of crocheted pulse-warmers, and since they won't be in season for a few months yet, barring travel, there's a laboriously dyed blaring pink denim skirt, and a few NICH goodies signed by DJ and Pauline.
