Future: Well now this is interesting
It had been a long week but the job was done. And she hadn't gotten caught. She had made the drop off and had gone home.

Or to one of them anyways. She was still decked out in a sinfully sexy number made to distract. And she was looking forward to getting out of it. Just after she finished the water. She was tempted by the Scotch she does have here but she's not going to touch it.

Suddenly she is aware that she is being watched. So she leans forward against her kitchen counter reaching for a knife hidden within easy reach because she knows she has to protect herself.

She's expecting danger after how dangerous this past week has been Too many near misses have left her expecting trouble.

	It certainly doesn't help. But he's enjoying that while in disguise he can act in ways that he shouldn't or couldn't as Robin. When she cuddles up to him he makes it a point to glare at one oggling creep across the street as if daring him to do something. The guy quickly looks away and scurries off. 	"All my jeans fit like this," she replied with a slight smirk. Which if that is true life is just not fair. She will though lead them the right way as they're getting closer to the building. "Well I haven't had the pleasure of confirming that and I can't take your word for it..." Although he's sure that it's true. He can see why they're staring, not that he likes that they are.

He's not sure how much farther it is so he keeps looking out and noticing any people around, possible anmbush sites and ways of escape, what the rooftops are like and all sorts of similar things.

She's slowed down and he takes a discrete and quick inventory of the surroundings. There's a few people he takes note of and various escape routes.

"Play along," he whispers into her ear before leaning in to kiss her and act like the boyfriend to throw them off. The act will get them into the building with no questions. They'll probably need to sneak out though.

He may not be giving the kiss his full attention at the moment but he's enjoying it too. Which just makes the act more believable. He makes a show of whispering in her ear and giving her ass a quick tap as they make their way to the building.

"Act normal, they'll just come to the obvious conclusion and not ask any questions." And if they do he'll stay in character unless he absolutely has to break out of it. Best to not draw too much attention.

	She tucks some hair behind one ear acting as if this is perfectly normal. The lobby here is dimly lit bit clean. Also very empty as she leads him to the elevator. "I wouldn't take the stairs. He continues the charade by moving his hand to wrap it around her waist. "Good idea, let's avoid your nosy neighbours."

When they get into the elevator he continues the amorous boyfriend act, using a kiss to the side of her neck to disguise a whisper, "Cameras. Think they bugged your apartment too? Nod or don't as an answer." At the very least he guesses they've got listening devices somewhere near or in her place, hopefully they'd be fast and get in and out without anyone noticing.

	She relaxes against him as part of the act. Plus Robin makes her feel safe so some cuddling is perfectly fine. She tilts her head carefully nodding. She can tell that thy have to be careful. And the fact he is handling this pretty well helps her relax and treat this as another job. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

It does feel like another job to him. Get in a disguise, infiltrate some place and get what you want and out of there without raising suspicion. Of course he knows it's different too, especially for her, so he's trying to make this seem as normal as possible. Giving the illusion that he has everything under control helps.

They get out of the elevator and he makes a show of reluctantly letting go so she can get out her keys.

	She is keeping an eye on things too. But for her that is normal. Every now and then (mostly for show) she looked his way. but she has her keys out and is undoing the locks. He gives her a conspiratory wink just to stay in character and follows her in.

"So babe, how are these walls at letting sound through? Don't wanna wake your neighbours..." He wanders over to the TV she's got and motions towards it to indicate he's going to turn it on and amp up the sound. It'll give enough noise that the bugs won't be able to pick up what they're really doing.

"Well let me turn this up anyway, I like being the only one who knows how kinky you really are..." Wow, he hates talking like a douche but a job is a job. Turning on the TV he finds what seems to be a recording of a rock concert and turns up the volume.

While going over to help her out he pulls out a notepad and starts writing on it. 'How much is there to carry out?'

Hopefully they can get it all in one trip but if not he'll think of something.

	She raises an eyebrow at him when he says that. Really Robin? She writes back carefully 'Need to move a few books out of here, everything that I need to move is really small, must locate a few thumb drives , and a wooden lock box they are must MUST HAVES'. He gives her a nod to show he understands and makes his way to her bedroom.

Yep, pretending to be a guy like this meant cringing through dialogue and cliches. At least he only had to play it up for the bugs, doing it in person was much worse.

Grabbing the bag he finds he makes his way back and starts helping her stuff the things she's found so far into it. They're making good time right now and he hopes luck is on their side and that they aren't monitoring her place too closely. He doubts she'd slip up and make them suspicious but sometimes the other guys stumbled onto something...better to be safe than sorry at least.

"Well I'm sorry that I'm just that awesome," she makes sure that carries just a bit.

She has fun acting. It's just another role and playing herself wanting to 'get busy' with a random guy was a bit weird. She's more choosy when it comes who she spends her time with.

She finds a few more things. A sock she hides in the pantry filled with petty cash just in case with some other sell-able things.

She can't bring herself to let petty cash get set on fire if this place does get fire bombed at some point.

"I can't deny that, especially not with a body like that." His facial expressions are still not matching his tone, which just makes it look weirder.

Normally he doesn't mind doing these undercover stints but he still hates playing guys like this. That he has to do it in front of her makes this worse.

He waits patiently for her to get the last few things while discreetly putting his own listening devices around. If they do a search of the place or firebomb it he'll know right away instead of waiting to hear from her.
