The Return of Kid Amazo
Cait decided to spend a day or two at the cottage before heading back to San Francisco. She needed a day or two to decompress after spending the past week in Atlantis. Dealing with Arthur was always stressful, this time being no different. Amnesty Bay was the perfect place to decompress and get some peace and quiet.

She walked out of the ocean and pulled the water out of her clothes and hair. She headed for the small cottage at the base of the lighthouse. She opened the door, stepped inside and never saw the blow. Pain spiked at the back of her neck and the world went dark.

"Bring her," a male voice said and a figure stepped out of the shadows. The man next to him picked up Cait's inert body and threw it over a shoulder. The two men left the small cottage.

"I'd say 'forgive me,'" Tess says deadpanly to her barely-having-a-chance-to-recover-from-being-blindsided teammates when they appear out of town, much further away from the effects. "But really, don't bother. I'm sorry. Everyone who can, catch your breath."

Tess then puts all her attention into getting into communication with the West Coast Titans.
Several failsafe plans from the family dossiers -- now that she could clear her head just the slightest bit and think about them -- for dealing with Darnell involved the girlfriend

	"Hold on Miss Terrific." Ash had been the one to answer the call. Oddly, she hasn't seen Cait since her visit to Atlantis. "She might be at the cottage. I'll have someone ring her up." 	Iris was a step behind Steven when they arrived at the cottage in Maine. They found it empty and it didn't look like anyone had stayed there recently. "No one's here," Iris said to Tess over comms. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

As soon as the Flashes arrive, Tess is starting to look a little like Tess again. She's getting out maps. "Miss Curry, I would appreciate if whichever of your people are available could meet us at the following coordinates on the shoreline with whatever underwater-capable vehicles are at your disposal?" She rattles the coordinates off. "This seems the most likely point, considering her previous location,coast guard reports and past criminal activity, to begin the search for your sister, and we must do it quickly, before people start dying in Mr. Darnell's riots."

A few minutes after the Justice Society's call, a submersible arrives at the scene. The hatch opens up, Max coming out with a box in his hands.

"So we all can think a little straighter, there's some headbands in here I whipped up to counter..whatever the hell that thing is that's messing with our heads," he explains, going straight to busy. He'll let the more seasoned Titans explain the whole Ty-thing.

"The best way of stopping Tyler Darnell is to find Cait Curry and get her away from whomever is using her as leverage on him. A tracking spell we can follow from the vehicles is our best bet unless Mr. Sivana has some kind of technological signal that can trace her. I know there aren't that many of us here, but I'm hoping others can handle crowd control in the city to prevent fatalities while she's rescued. Once she is, Fate, Mourning Dove, I don't know what kind of psychic interference might be involved at this point, but contacting Darnell is probably on the two of you."
