Teaming Up
The Masters of Evil had attacked the Thunderbolts headquarters and had made off with Victor's body and with it a way to eventually access Ultron's files on the Avengers. It was a situation where a collaboration of the Thunderbolts with another team was needed. They needed to get Victor's body back as soon as possible.

The Thunderbolts made the trip to New York and were gathered in the conference room at Avengers Mansion along with the Avengers. They needed to discuss strategy and form a plan to retrieve Victor's body.

Anya sat back in her chair and let her brother take the lead. James was more experienced with leading a team and if anyone could get them to all work together as one big team, he could.

Elise just sat quietly and listened. She wasn't a villain, never had been, had actively been running away from a mega villain since her early teens, but she knew enough about narrow-mindedness thanks to said villain to know that a good portion of the people assembled wouldn't listen to a word she said that wasn't filtered through the horrifying lens of her surname.

Though she one-hundred percent agreed with the stealth/distraction split and focused herself on determining which of her blasts would be of most use.

"Sweet. I've got everything I need. We still need to find them, but they're not exactly sneaky. They'd need somewhere to charge up all that big, clunky equipment and do robotics research. I didn't notice any large-scale teleporters, so they're somewhat local. Anya, can you run a check for the top 20 drains on the power grid? See if anyone's bill has spiked. They're probably either leeching off someone else that they don't think will notice, or they have ties to industry somewhere. The damage Anya did to their heavy metal, plus messing with something like Vic's frame are going to cost though... you can find almost anyone through their accounting. We can put the bait out and see where they turn up."
