Charlie made his mom breakfast in bed and him and Dad spent the entire day doing chores around the house and letting her relax.

Pauline made The Call, like every year. She tried to explain about her girlfriend to her mother, but she wasn't sure how much she understood.

Then she went to lunch with DJ and Miss Vange.

Like every Mother's Day, DJ goes out of his way to spoil not only his mother, but Pauline, including offering to pay for her and her girl to go clubbing the next night, and to help get them in without waiting in line. He knows this is a rough one for her.

Sammy had breakfast with Valentina. Her gift to Mom was what Valentina always requested - a day at the spa.

She also brought vacation brochures for Mom to look at so she could get a jump on their anniversary.

For Syd, mother's day was always more important than father's day. While she still hadn't actually told her mother about her changes, she called to let her know she was doing all right, and making something right out of herself.
