You volunteer for an experiment for six months.

You're going to be locked in a room with one other person. Who would that be?

You have five movies with you. What five movies do you have?

You have five books with you. What five books do you have?

You can only eat five foods for the time you are there. What are they?

You can have five songs. What are they?

You can have one other personal item. What would it be?

In a strictly theoretical situation in which we did not have to worry about the children, of course.

Cassandra.

The Lion in Winter, The Princess Bride, Robin and Marian, A Man for All Seasons, and Moulin Rouge just in case Cassandra forgot her copy.

Three textbooks, the collected verses of Rudyard Kipling, and Tennyson's Idylls of the King.

Peaches, chicken, bread, tea, and yogurt

Leslie Fish's "Hope Eyrie," and "Hymn to Breaking Strain," Rachmaninoff's "Tears," Monti's "Czardas," and The Latverian National Anthem.

Is laboratory equipment a personal item?

One person. Locked in a room for six months. That's a really tough call. I mean, it's been a lot for me /lately/, just having nearly all my social interactions with the same five people all the time. I tend to be slightly more of a ...flutterer.
I may have to go with Eli.

Roman Holiday. (Audrey Hepburn! Edith Head! Yay!), To Kill a Mockingbird, Clueless, Cabaret, About Last Night.

The Doorbell Rang, by Rex Stout. Making Money, by Terry Pratchett. The collected poetry of Lord Byron. The collected poetry of Alfred, Lord Tennyson. The collected poetry of Sappho.

"My Strongest Suit." "Anything Goes." "You're So Vain." "I Enjoy Being A Girl." "Crazy on You."

Grapes, cranberries, pineapple, chocolate, fish.

My hair and makeup kit, definitely.

1) Riley

2) The Star Wars with Christopher Walkin, the good version of Godfather 3, the Mr. Smith Goes to Washington killing spree ending, the happy ending version of Casablanca. You've never seen them. Riley and me have the only copies. And Hackers, for MSTing purposes.

3) The Sherlock Holmes anthology, Knight Life, by Peter David. Tales from the Monkey House, by Kurt Vonnegut. Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. And the Calvin and Hobbes complete treasury.

4) Time after time by Cyndi Lauper. We didn't start the fire by Billy Joel. Walk like an Egyptian by the Bangles. Old Time Rock and Roll by Bob Segar. And... Dare to be Stupid by Weird Al Yankovic.

5) My laptop.

So people can't accuse me of wanting you there for romantic reasons instead of best friend reasons.

Misha.

"Crash Into Me", "Same Old Song and Dance", "Baracuda", "Let It Be", and "Die Young, Stay Pretty".

Dinah! :D

The Jet Li/Terence Howard version of Rush Hour, Mighty Ducks 2, Iron Eagle, The Two Towers, and Ferngully.

The complete Enchanted Forest Chronicles (4 books), and the Tolkien Beastiary. Dinah already took care of the Calvin and Hobbes. (:

Raisin Bran Crunch, Twizzlers, buffalo chicken wings (as long as there's bleu cheese), bacon cheese burgers, and barbeque chicken pizza.

Probably the 'best of' stuff from the Beatles 2001 tour.

Skeets.

Din, not just because he's the quasi-boyfriend, but because he's smart and has a whole other cultural background. Lots to talk about.

Coyote Ugly, Sword in the Stone, Rookie of the Year, Kid in King Arthur's Court, and Star Trek: First Contact.

The Devil Wore Prada, Cricket in Times Square, Rikki Tiki Tavi, My Teacher is an Alien, and 'De figuris Veneris'. *smirk*

Granny smith apples, cheese pierogis, baby greens salad, peppermint tea, and strip steak.

The can can from Moulin Rouge, the Resident Evil movie theme by Marilyn Manson, Monster by Skillet, Just Push Play by Aerosmith, and the Gummi Bears theme song.

My favorite oversized Warriors nightshirt.

First part's easy, Marrina.

All four Ninja Turtle movies, plus Karate Kid II.

The last three Harry Potter books, and two of Dr Pym's books on chemistry.

Grapes, beef jerky, poutine, chocolate chip waffles, and chicken parm.

Oh Canada, the Mortal Kombat theme, I'm Henry The Eighth, Run's House, and the theme to Star Wars.

My Leafs jersey.

As a disclaimer, I would like to mention that I would make Kristoff keenly aware of where I would be, and see that a suitable replacement for myself on the team was secured.

Asleif. We haven't spent enough time together, and there is much about Asgard I would wish to discuss besides.

The Princess Bride, Tron, Dragonheart, The Prince and The Pauper, and Love Actually.

The complete Fafhrd and the Grey Mouser, Reed Richards' Compendium on Variable Timelines, The Devil's Dictionary by Ambrose Bierce, A Wizard of Earthsea by Ursula Leguin, and the first collected volume of Digger by Ursula Vernon.

Mead, steak, soft pretzels, tangerines, and carrots.

Gravity of Love, The Devil's Trill by Vanessa Mae, Bohemian Rhapsody, For the Sake of Somebody, and I Love Being Me by Thomas Barsoe.

Assuming the copy of Fafhrd and the Grey Mouser was my own, my communicator.
