Rome, Italy – The Vatican is addressing the recent rash of robberies at a few churches and monasteries throughout the world. Two churches and two monasteries were broken into during the night and ransacked. Many valuable religious artifacts were destroyed and some are reported missing. The Vatican is not saying what artifacts were stolen, but it will only confirm that some objects are missing. Authorities are investigating, but so far there are no leads. CONT PAGE 2A

Almeda, TX – Miracles continue to happen in the small town of Almeda, Texas. People are being miraculously healed by Maria Sefanos. No matter the injury or sickness, it seems like Ms.Stefanos is able to heal or cure them. She has decline every interview request, but there is word that she is able to do this miraculously healing by the power of the goddess. People will not say which goddess it is, but people have started to convert to the worship of this unnamed goddess. A small cult is forming and local officials have not taken any actions. New York, NY – Hell's Kitchen is seeing a surge in it's goth population. Goths have flocked to this area of New York and appear to be forming some sort of cult. They gather each night in one of the small community parks and hold some sort of rites for the 'Dark Goddess' as they call her. They will not name this Dark Goddess, but the air has a cult like feel to it. Authorities have yet to take action. CONT PAGE 4A

Los Angeles, CA – It seems like people have found the Fountain of Youth in Los Angeles outside of plastic surgery. A new treatment at a new clinic has rejuvenated the stars. This new treatment is provided by New Beginnings Clinic. A trip to the clinic has the customers coming out with ten to twenty years off of their appearances. Details on the procedure are unknown and so far the owner, Ms. Abigail Pederson, has been unavailable for comment.

San Fran, CA – The new drug Nirvana is becoming more and more popular in the streets of San Francisco. The people using the drug have claimed to have seen “the Goddess” and have started worshiping her. The name of this goddess is unknown and these so called worshipers will not release the name. Police are trying to stop the spread of this drug, but so far their efforts have been unsuccessful.

Syd sat at the breakfast counter reading the paper with her morning coffee. She could read it online, but there was something to be said about paper in the hand.

She read the articles and frowned. This didn't sound good. Cults springing up around the country was not a good thing. Non-Christian cults were definitely not a good thing and something the Defenders may want to look into.

She called the team to the main building.

Titan walks in with a Short Stack on his shoulder as they'd been playing Uno in the living room until just now.

"Ooh, zombies. Never met a zombie in real life. I'd like to punch one in the face, just to see if they make that pop-squish sound they make in the movies." Titan says.

"Hey Grace-face. Yo Eiltin! Dawn of a New Era of Hotness is in the house!" Titan grins.

"Sydney, if there's a college for Uno, Zoey needs to go it. She could end up in the World Series of Uno if she gets her game up. She's a natural." Titan says, pointing up at Zoey on his shoulder.

	The streets are relatively quiet in the early evening hours. There were a few people on the streets and a few cars. A small group of people walked together along one of the sidewalks. They all had hair that was dyed black, black makeup and black clothes. They walked with purpose toward a small community park. (Reply to this)(Thread)

	The clothing that Aridis had out herself in was not exactly flattering. She had been unwilling to dye her hair but she did wear a dress very similar to something her sister Aslief might wear. She very web-like stockings might help as well. Aridis thought she looked good. She watched the group then began walking as if she belonged here. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Eiltin had used a little bit of illusionary magic to make himself fit in more making his tattoos hidden and darkening hair and making his clothes darker. He was wearing a light t-shirt and pant and shoes. He was rather not happy about having to wear all of that but he needed to blend in more and it was on the colder side her. 	The building that housed New Beginnings Clinic looked just like any other building in the area. There was a rather plain sign out front that didn't seemed like it attracted much attention.
